Situated on a hill, Villa Can Seixanta welcomes you with a striking front garden, followed by an unforgettable view of the bay of Port de Pollença. From the terrace, which is furnished with comfortable rattan seating, you can enjoy this highlight with a refreshing drink. Here you will also find a modern gas barbecue, which you can use to organise a barbecue every evening. The long table and the solid wood seating area provide ample seating. The pool area is protected by palm trees and other trees. You can dip into the hexagonal pool at will and use the loungers for a relaxing nap on the sunbathing lawn. One of the bedrooms is directly accessible from the pool and also has the luxury of its own small terrace.

The house is characterised by the friendly, light wood tone of its roof beams and its windows, which let in plenty of light. The living room has a very clever layout that shifts the focus to the fireplace, creating an exceptionally cosy atmosphere. The turquoise-green seating area with two sofas and an armchair rests on a hand-woven carpet. As you take a seat here, you'll notice the exquisite selection of artwork, including high-quality portraits and refined landscape paintings. If you descend a few steps, you will come across an exit to the garden. Here and in the dining area of the living room, bookshelves ensure that even sophisticated holidaymakers quickly feel at home. This is probably also due to the antique furniture, which skilfully sets accents. From the dining table, you can access the cosily furnished kitchen, which leaves nothing to be desired. One of the side walls can be opened if required, so that you can create a feeling of space and openness in this house at any time. One of the rooms is designed as a studio, where you will also find a desk. Two of the bedrooms have the luxury of their own bathroom, as does the aforementioned suite, which can be accessed from the pool. From the living room level, a few steps lead down to another wing comprising two bedrooms and a bathroom. All bedrooms are equipped with air conditioning so that you can enjoy a restful night's sleep at a pleasant temperature. The fact that three of the bathrooms have a bathtub is a luxury that allows many guests to relax in the bathtub and enjoy a bubble bath to wind down from the day. A laundry room with washing machine and tumble dryer is also equipped with an ironing board in case you want to get ready for an evening out at one of the exquisite restaurants.

The region around Pollença is also a must for active travellers: in the Tramuntana mountains, you can hike along winding forest paths, discover hidden beaches along the coast or enjoy historic town centres away from mass tourism thanks to the good transport links. This means that traffic noise may be audible depending on the wind direction. The villa is a perfect starting point for all these activities. With Cap de Bou, Platja de Port de Pollença and Cala Sant Vicenç, numerous beaches are within easy reach. The long bay of Alcúdia is ideal for a long walk. The flora and fauna of the island make a trip to the marshes of L'Albufereta, 8.5 kilometres away, worthwhile. Villa Can Seixanta spoils you with a spectacular view of the bay of Port de Pollença. The small town with its attractive beach promenade is only 4 km away. From there, boats depart regularly to take you to the fine sandy beach of Formentor. You can also spend a day swimming in Cala St. Vincente, just 6 km away. The wild and romantic Tramuntana mountains with their countless hiking highlights are also within easy reach - perfect for all nature lovers.
