This begins with the fabulous outdoor area of this phenomenal townhouse with pool landscape, which, despite its urban location in the centre of Sa Ràpita, is wonderfully protected from prying eyes by a Mediterranean planting of palm trees, cypresses and bougainvilleas. Around the pool, you can relax on the wooden terrace or under the covered lounge. You can also keep an eye on your children while they play in the refreshing water with pleasant corner entry steps after they have challenged themselves at table tennis. There is a covered terrace right next to the house.
