Both nature lovers and those seeking peace and quiet will be particularly impressed by this property. The old and beautifully built stone house offers privacy in a tasteful atmosphere and feels like a small, very personal oasis, not to mention its proximity to the sea. The lushly landscaped, secluded property includes large meadow areas and magnificent Mediterranean plants near the villa, which provide a cosy setting for the outdoor area. The terraces and small natural stone walls also blend harmoniously into the house. The pool is surrounded by an idyllic sun terrace where you can sunbathe or relax in the shade. There are four sun loungers, a cosy wooden bench and chairs as well as two parasols. Depending on the time of day, you can also enjoy natural shade. The pool has fantastic, easy access via steps at one corner. Further inviting seating areas, both covered and open, can be found on different sides of the villa. The different levels and the connecting staircases liven up the overall picture and allow for a variety of design options. A special feature is the inner courtyard, which looks almost like a smaller version of a picturesque village square with its pretty garden furniture and beautiful trees. If you wish, you can enjoy your breakfast in the open air or even watch the starry sky at night.

When you enter the interior of Villa Tina, the rustic combination of old brickwork and modern furnishings makes for an impressive sight. In the living room, for example, a super comfortable sofa in natural colours nestles against a rustic stone wall and looks absolutely cosy. The fact that you can sit right next to the open fireplace rounds off the cosy atmosphere. At the same time, you can look out into the garden through a large glass door. On the other side is an original alcove, which can be closed off with a folding door, with a traditional, old and romantic four-poster bed. This corner of the house almost looks like part of a museum. The kitchen is very spacious and fully equipped with oven/hob, large fridge, dishwasher, kettle, toaster and plenty of storage space. From here, a wide, semi-circular passageway leads into an open-plan dining room. The fireplace with glass panel, which is heated from the living room, is also clearly visible and noticeable from here. The three double bedrooms on the upper floor are simply but tastefully furnished. One bathroom, freshly renovated in 2018, the other completely refurbished in the same year, is located on the ground floor and the other on the first floor, so that you can enjoy maximum comfort even when fully occupied.

Mallorca's most beautiful beaches are just a few minutes away by car. For example, you can head for the beautiful Cala Agulla in Cala Ratjada or the bay of Canyamel. The white beach of Cala Mesquida is also not far away. Four of the most beautiful golf courses (Canyamel, Capdepera Roca Viva, Sera de Pula and Son Servera) are also close to the villa. The medieval town of Artà with its beautiful promenade, many cafés and restaurants is only approx. 4 km away. This rustic, small country villa with a large plot is located in the Llevant region, close to Artà. A predominantly natural garden surrounds the lovingly decorated holiday home. The beautiful natural sandy beaches around Artà and the lively harbour promenade of Cala Ratjada are just a few minutes' drive away. Here you will find a range of bars, restaurants and supermarkets.
