Blue as far as the eye can see from the villa's roof terrace, this harmonious colour presents itself in different shades: pool, sun loungers, table tennis. The sky. The sea. The green of the palm fronds dancing with the gentle breeze adds colour to the picture, while cypress, fig, olive and banana trees give it depth and picturesque density. Here you can linger forever with a cool drink in your hand, on the Balinese lounger by the pool or relaxing on one of the comfortable loungers, or in the small lounge right next to the house. But don't forget that the large covered terrace offers a little extra: a marvellous view. And if it gets too hot, you can always jump into the pool, which is at your disposal for a luxurious refreshment. The pool, which can be reached via a Roman staircase, offers pleasant bathing conditions with its graduated depth of between 1.1 and 2 metres. The surrounding area with its many attractive seating and lounging areas has a special extra: the outdoor kitchen. Why not simply spend your summer days in the fresh air? The conditions are perfect: there is a barbecue, a ceramic hob, a gas cooker, a sink and a fridge. You can sit comfortably at the dining table surrounded by chairs and enjoy a snack while a gentle breeze blows around you. Thanks to the outdoor toilet with shower right next door, you don't have to go through the house. The veranda forms a quiet base from which you have a great view of the grounds and can also retreat a little thanks to the slightly elevated position. Isn't it the perfect place to immerse yourself in an exciting book that will transport you to another world?

This is also possible indoors. The combined living and dining room offers further lovely seating areas and impresses with its bright, well-kept ambience. If you feel that you cannot spend time outdoors due to the weather, we are sure that you will spend many pleasant hours inside this villa. The main kitchen next to the dining area offers a full range of high-quality appliances as well as another small dining area for a coffee break or a snack between meals. On the ground floor, two cosy bedrooms, one with a double bed and one with two single beds, share a bathroom with shower. Very chic and worth its weight in gold, especially when fully occupied: upstairs there are not only the two cosy bedrooms (one with a double bed and one with two single beds) and another bathroom with a shower, but also an additional, light-flooded living room with a TV and a terrace at the front. This means that every fellow traveller can make full use of their individual space, which is not insignificant for a sustainably relaxing and restful holiday.

As harmonious as the exterior and interior of Villa Loreto are, it is also situated in a unique location between the small village of Calonge and the lively coastal town of Cala DOr. Cala D'Or is just an 11-minute drive away, where you can experience the vibrant Spanish city life with bars, restaurants, a chic marina and many small beaches. Several other quiet bays, such as Cala Mitjana and Cala Mondrago, are also within easy reach. The nearest larger towns to Cala d'Or are Santanyi (10 km) and S'Horta (3 km), where you can experience how wonderful shopping can be. There you will also find the Parc natural de Mondrago nature reserve, where you can hike and admire its rare orchids and over 70 different bird species. On the outskirts of Calonge, set on a 17,000 m² plot with a gentle sea breeze, there is a great place to stay. Attractive restaurants, bars and shops are only about 5 minutes away and can be easily reached on foot if required. This place is an oasis of peace and tranquillity. The Vall D'Or golf course and the beautiful beaches of the south-east coast are also within easy reach.
