The cosy Villa Buena Vista de Cala Pi impresses with its wonderful location on the second coastline in the south of the island. Just like the village of Cala Pí with its 650 inhabitants, which is far away from mass tourism but still offers a wide range of tourist attractions, the family-friendly holiday home is pleasantly reserved. Although the villa is surrounded by like-minded houses, it still impresses with its uninterrupted sea views, which you can enjoy from the balcony and the roof terrace. The holiday home's pool offers pleasant cooling for the whole family. The terrace area also offers plenty of space for extended and undisturbed sunbathing. Numerous outdoor seating areas are tempting at any time of day: the cosy corner with café flair is surrounded by a variety of Mediterranean flowers and the covered terrace is of course a must. You are guaranteed to find your personal favourite spot at sunrise, after a BBQ or for a sundowner.

But the atmosphere in this compact villa is also very harmonious. The centrepiece is the open-plan living and dining area with absolutely cosy sofa seating in a bright beach style. This is skilfully complemented by the combination of high-quality natural stone flooring, warm wood and typical Mallorcan rusticity. The result is an enchantingly traditional yet modern holiday home. The fully equipped kitchen is connected to the dining area via a round arch. Here too, the country house look and cosiness are perfectly combined. The villa with sea views is ideal for up to six people or two families. There are cosy bedrooms on two floors, with a choice of a double bed or two single beds suitable for children. For your comfort, there are canopies over the bed frames, which also serve as mosquito nets. Two individually tiled shower bathrooms round off the ensemble. The fabulous Villa Buena Vista de Cala Pi is not only suitable for a holiday in Mallorca in summer, but also in the low season and at very attractive rental prices in a wonderful location.

The sea view villa Buena Vista de Cala Pi with its spectacular views is located in the second row in a well-kept urbanisation in the pretty coastal town of Cala Pí on Mallorca. Here you can do everything on foot: Shopping, visiting restaurants, taking walks in the beautiful surroundings to great viewpoints or strolling to the beach. The crystal-clear, azure blue bay is particularly child-friendly, shallow and can be reached on foot in just 10 minutes or by car in 3 minutes.
