The wonderful sweeping views from the estate of the rural Villa Sa Corbaia make this impressive building stand out from the crowd. In an elevated position on a spacious estate characterised by Mediterranean fauna, the two-storey quarry stone house radiates charm and absolute tranquillity. Let your gaze wander over the meadows as far as Artà in the distance - this view is exceptionally beautiful both in the morning with the gentle silhouette of the hills and in the evening. You can also enjoy this panorama from the covered terrace, which is two steps above garden level. You can dine together at a long dining table. The outdoor kitchen with barbecue will help you prepare a delicious meal. The infinity pool in front of the veranda guarantees a sense of well-being in nature and unpretentious luxury. It not only impresses with its impressive size, but also offers a particularly skin-friendly bathing experience thanks to the salt water. Of course, the semi-circular outdoor shower with mosaic tiles is particularly practical, allowing you to treat yourself to a siesta on the loungers or the chic Balinese bed straight after swimming. A final highlight is undoubtedly the sheltered sunny balcony on the upper floor next to the master bedroom.

Now it's time to enter the inviting villa, which is sure to impress. You first enter the cosy living room with adjoining dining area - the furniture and decoration are in a modern country house style and are complemented by typical Mallorcan traditional touches. The fully equipped kitchen with dark wooden fronts is fitted with all the technical amenities you need to make self-catering a breeze. The central island with stools serves as a communicative centrepiece when cooking together. From the bedrooms, you not only have a calming view of nature, but can also enjoy a restful night's sleep. This villa is ideal for two families with children or good friends who simply want to spend more time together. The double rooms are spread over two floors and two of them have a comfortable en-suite bathroom. A third bathroom, also with modern tiling, is shared. As there is an additional guest WC, you can avoid any bathroom conflicts while on holiday.

The landscape is truly marvellous! Especially around the coastal town of Artà, deceleration is very important. Nevertheless, you can enjoy the benefits of the nearby medieval town with its landmark Sant Salvador thanks to the proximity to the rural country road, which is barely audible. You will quickly get to know the pretty cafés and good bars and restaurants. On Tuesdays, you can also walk to the weekly market, which takes place around the Placa del Conqueridor, using part of the Via Verde. It starts in Artà and ends in Manacor, the second largest town on the island. Of course, the only thing missing is the beach and the mountains. And that's exactly what you'll find in combination with the gentle hills of the Llevant Mountains at the beautiful bays of Canyamel, Cala Ratjada or secluded natural beaches. When you see the pastel shades between the hills that bathe the year-round green landscape of cypresses, palm trees, olive and carob trees in a delicate light, you know exactly what a holiday is all about. The enchanting Villa Sa Corbaia in a sun-drenched hillside location offers a marvellous view of the medieval town of Artà as well as a beautiful garden with a saltwater pool. You can shop for your daily needs in the tranquil town itself or in the neighbouring towns of Capdepera and Cala Ratjada. Wonderful child-friendly sandy beaches such as Cala Agulla or Cala Mesquida as well as hidden natural beaches are just a short drive away in your hire car.
