This wonderfully rustic yet modern finca in the east of Mallorca not only impresses with its family-friendly furnishings, but also with its charming country house character, which is clearly recognisable both inside and out. The holiday home with Mallorcan farmhouse flair, situated in a wonderful secluded location, fits particularly well into this coastal region, which captivates with its gently undulating green landscape. The finca is surrounded by numerous trees and an orchard. At the same time, the private pool area with surrounding terrace offers numerous positions for sun loungers. Some of them are protected by a stylish pergola or parasol. There is also a children's swing for younger visitors, so active entertainment is guaranteed. Cosy outdoor seating is available at the brick barbecue with integrated outdoor kitchen. From the covered balcony with a further dining area on the roof terrace on the first floor, you can enjoy a marvellous view.

The pretty villages of Son Servera or Costa del Pins can be reached in approx. 5 minutes and offer good shopping facilities. In Costa des Pins you will find a fine sandy beach, also known as Sa Marjal.
