Sa Cova dOr is a pretty country house that seems to blend in perfectly with its surroundings. This is because the less densely populated north is quiet and full of nature. This is also reflected in the finca garden, which is characterised by numerous fruit trees. Depending on the season, you can treat yourself to apricots, lemons, figs or almonds. Just like the tranquil village of Santa Margalida, which has faced the challenges of time and yet managed to retain its traditional face, this hospitable finca has retained its rustic character both inside and out. At the same time, sustainability is emphasised with an autonomous well water supply, solar panels and a pool. The pool is decorated with an eye-catching dolphin mosaic and offers a family-friendly stepped entrance and shallow depth. Between palm trees and olives, you can relax on the comfortable sun loungers around the pool and let your gaze wander over green meadows and fields. There are two terraces right next to the holiday home: The covered terrace leads directly into the living room. The second terrace is equipped with an awning and provides access to the kitchen. Speaking of which, a simple outdoor kitchen with a brick barbecue makes spending time outside even more enjoyable.

When you enter the house, you experience an authentic Mallorca style. Quarry stone, terracotta and wood create a pleasantly rustic feel-good atmosphere, which also creates a successful symbiosis of nature and furnishings in this holiday home. The rural character of the garden is characterised by numerous fruit trees and green areas. The tranquil village of Santa Margalida is within easy walking distance. There you will find shopping facilities, nice restaurants and bars. The finca is located close to an acoustically perceptible country road with little traffic. This takes you directly to the popular places of the bay of Alcúdia and to the various beaches along the spectacularly beautiful coast.
