The holiday flat with a difference! It offers urban living in green surroundings with a view of the lake on two floors. The residence, built in 2021, was created with the highest standards of design and technology – including the duplex flat with a breathtaking 200 m2 roof terrace that surrounds the dining and living area on three sides.  The large window fronts allow the inside and outside to merge. The semi-open kitchen, fully equipped with high-quality appliances, cooking accessories, crockery and glasses, elegantly adjoins the living area.
A spiral staircase takes you to the lower living floor, to the sleeping area. All three rooms have floor-to-ceiling windows. The master bedroom has a spacious balcony with a fantastic view of the lake, a free-standing double bed and an en-suite bathroom. The other two bedrooms share a shower room, are mountain-facing, have access to a balcony and have double beds. One of them can be separated into two single beds.
