Villa Chim is a typical Mallorcan country house on a plot of land that was once used for agricultural purposes. The amazingly well-preserved quarry stone façade with its bright white paint tells the story of the centuries-old tradition of this property. Surrounded by numerous trees and lush fields, the property on which this house was built is beautifully embedded in the tranquillity of nature. The pool is set in the middle of an expansive lawn, providing ample space to play and run around if you are travelling with children without disturbing the peace and quiet of the neighbours of this secluded villa. Enjoy a dip in the pool, which is tiled with azure blue mosaic stones, or relax on one of the many sun loungers and lose yourself in your holiday reading. Alternatively, the bamboo-covered Toldo provides soothing relief when the Mallorcan summers get too hot. The lush lawns that connect the pool area with the house invite you to lie down and offer plenty of space to enjoy your holiday. A lovely lounge with trendy furniture awaits you on the terrace. This shaded area is perfect for relaxing at any time of day. Enjoy a summer barbecue session in the cosy seating area directly in front of the house, framed by the beautiful stonework of the house and the sweet scent of lavender from the garden.

On hot Mallorcan summer days you will probably spend most of your time outside, but the interior design of this house makes it very easy to spend a rainy day or two inside. The style of the interior design perfectly matches the rustic charm of the island. The rooms are spread over two floors and are all equally bright and inviting. The centrepiece on the ground floor is a spacious dining area, which opens up to the kitchen via an elegant round arch and has a second, smaller seating area. This house awaits you with your children: Two highchairs are available on site. The owners believe that one of the most important parts of a holiday home is the kitchen, and it shows. It is fully equipped and leaves little room for additional wishes. Cook a full four-course meal for your family or bake a loaf of fresh bread in the oven, anything is possible here. The kitchen has a chic design, is fully equipped and has high-quality built-in furniture. The finca has had its own well since 2022 and some of the electrical appliances in the house have also been completely renovated. Three of the four bedrooms are accessible on the ground floor. Two of them are furnished with two single beds and the third with a king-size bed measuring 1.50 metres in width. The white bathroom with bidet is shared by all three bedrooms on the ground floor. On the upper floor, you enter an open-plan living room furnished with a lino-coloured sofa group for total relaxation. To the right and left, you will find two further rooms that can be used as either a parents' or children's room. Both rooms have access to a second bathroom with shower. The entire house is beautifully decorated with small elements of the island and light curtains with the occasional floral print, creating a truly calming atmosphere. This house is perfect for larger groups of people regardless of their composition. From families to friends to work colleagues, this house has enough space for everyone. Finally, we would like to remind you that this villa is offered at an incredibly favourable price even in high season, especially due to its prime location.

The region of the island between Vilafranca and Felanitx has a very special charm, as it is still widely used for agriculture and is far from the beaten track of other tourists. It is therefore hardly surprising that the tranquil village of Vilafranca is the centre of the island's fruit vendors. Honey-sweet melons, aromatic apricots or ripe tomatoes as well as savoury pimientos can be found at one of the many roadside stalls or enjoy a café con leche and mingle with the friendly locals doing their morning shopping. Although Villa Chim makes it very easy to enjoy absolute peace and tranquillity, the surrounding towns, such as Felanitx or Manacor, as well as the beautiful beaches of Calas de Mallorca are within easy reach.

The family-friendly rustic Villa Chim is beautifully situated in a natural idyll between Felanitx and Vilafranca de Bonany. You can do all your shopping and stroll around the lovely farmers' market in the beautiful town nearby, which is just a 15-minute drive away. If you head south and pass Felanitx, the coast is within reach and awaits you with crystal clear waters and extensive beaches in Calas de Mallorca.
