Like something out of a picture book, Sa Font Authentic rises above the plain in the triangle between Ariany, Petra and Sineu. It offers breathtaking views of the surrounding countryside Your holiday begins the moment you arrive and catch your first glimpse of the fantastic natural scenery that surrounds you. The property is wonderfully spacious, but at the same time offers idyllic areas right by the house that simply exude a sense of cosiness, so those who like lots of space around them will be just as satisfied as those who love a cosy nest atmosphere. The 10-metre-long infinity pool is the biggest attraction in the outdoor area. Built in 2017, it is decorated with blue mosaic stones and has a stepped entrance and a deep end. As you glide effortlessly across the pool, you can enjoy a breathtaking view that you don't normally have while swimming. Similar panoramic experiences can be enjoyed from the outdoor shower and on the terrace areas on both floors. Whether you enjoy the view from the sun lounger or the dining table, directly under the Mallorcan sun or under an awning is up to you!

And there's plenty of room to breathe inside too. Even if you're travelling with six people plus two babies, you'll find plenty of space for everyone on the lower floor, where you'll spend the night, which you won't want to do without, especially on holiday. The airy interior charm of the place is characterised by light-coloured walls, terracotta floor tiles and deliberately understated furnishings and decoration. The living room and dining room are connected by an impressive archway and the fully equipped kitchen with partially exposed brick elements creates a pleasantly cool atmosphere, which finds its concrete expression in the luxurious fridge/freezer. The wood-burning stove, together with some pretty, chequered upholstered chairs, provides another very successful contrast. With so much peace and quiet around you, you will sleep wonderfully in the two bedrooms with double beds and the bedroom with two single beds. There is ample space for showers etc. in the two bathrooms with natural light, one of which is conveniently located in the outbuilding by the pool, where there is also a second large dining area, so that you can relax here when the weather is nice Enjoy feasting inside and out.

Those on holiday here enjoy excellent access to the beautiful Mallorcan town of Petra, while at the same time the house is surrounded by the tranquillity of the countryside. This part of the island is still fairly quiet, with some villa tourism and weekly markets. For longer city strolls, you can head for Manacor, about 15 kilometres away. The historic town centre with its many small alleyways invites you to shop or simply linger. The small municipality of Sant Joan is less than 10 kilometres away and is home to the large old church of Sant Joan Baptista, which has a magnificent interior. Several sandy beaches are also within easy reach: About 25 minutes to the north-east is the wide and undeveloped natural beach of Son Serra de Marina, while to the east and south-east there are several beautiful little bays, the so-called Calas de Mallorca .

The wonderfully airy Villa Sa Font Authentic is perfectly positioned and offers incredible distant views. The views stretch as far as Petra, which is just 1.6 kilometres away, and the charming little streets and golden-brown stone houses provide an excellent backdrop for your daily errands. The beautiful sandy beaches of the Bay of Alcúdia and natural beaches further east, such as Cala Varques, are easily accessible by hire car.
