The pool and the adjoining sunbathing lawn are a favourite outdoor meeting point. The partially covered terrace promises fun and games, while the gas barbecue and adjoining outdoor kitchen are ideal for sociable barbecues. Enjoy your meal at the rustic seating set or in the other covered area right next to the house.

Inside, an open-plan living and dining room with exposed beams connects to the terrace via several floor-to-ceiling windows. Lots of wood, light colours and Mediterranean accessories characterise the very friendly atmosphere. The fully equipped kitchen is semi-open and adjoins this area. There is also a bedroom and a shower room on this living level. Two further cosy bedrooms are located on the upper floor. Both have access to a balcony with beautiful views of the pool. A second bathroom is also located on this floor.

The versatile farmhouse "Ca's Sollerich" is located just 5 minutes by car from Inca and is particularly well connected due to its location on the Ma-3440. In the beautiful Mallorcan town you will find good shopping facilities, quaint cellar restaurants and a market worth seeing on Thursdays. Thanks to its central location on Mallorca, several of the island's beaches are within easy reach, especially those in the long bay of Alcúdia.
