This beautiful, well-equipped country house on Mallorca is ideal for families looking for peace and quiet with the sea close by. Here you live in a varied landscape and enjoy an ingrown property with Mediterranean vegetation and some old trees. The sunbathing lawn is an attractive play and romping area for children travelling with you. Of course, the pool is not only available for sporty laps, but also for splashing around. If required, the access can be closed off so that it is childproof. The pool is particularly easy to reach via a staircase. There are plenty of sun loungers on the adjoining terrace for relaxing hours under the Mediterranean sky. The partially covered veranda is slightly elevated and invites you to socialise with a dining table and a lounge. The barbecue invites you to spend most of your time outside in the warmer months.

The interior of the house offers a variety of amenities. Teracotta tiles, light-coloured walls, a partially open-plan design and lovingly arranged accessories ensure a high level of cosiness. The living and dining areas flow seamlessly into one another. The fireplace is positioned centrally between these areas and provides additional cosiness on chilly evenings. The fully equipped kitchen is ideal for self-catering and even offers space for an additional table. The serving hatch to the other dining area is particularly practical. On the ground floor there are also two double bedrooms and two bathrooms, one of which is en suite. There are two further double bedrooms and two bathrooms on the upper floor. This means that you can enjoy maximum privacy in the Osfort farmhouse. All bedrooms are equipped with air conditioning, guaranteeing pleasantly warm nights even in the height of summer. The pool table on the upper floor provides entertainment. The rural and quiet Osfort farmhouse is located between Pollença and Port de Pollença in the attractive north of Mallorca. It is surrounded by a wonderfully green, private area. Port de Pollença with its beautiful marina and white sandy beach is only about 8 minutes away by car. There you will also find several restaurants, bars and many leisure activities.
