You will probably want to climb up to the well-secured roof terrace of the small, slender and high Villa Cap Vermell as often as possible; or get there easily by lift! The pool terrace offers you one of the most beautiful views of the whole area, which you can enjoy against the backdrop of the blue sea. Here, the outdoor kitchen offers quick access to cool drinks and a BBQ dinner becomes an exclusive rooftop event. And if you prefer a cosy spot in the open air at night, you can pitch your tent safely on the terrace. The surrounding neighbours will not disturb your privacy and will also ensure your safety. There is space for two cars on the road in front of the house and you can reach the supermarket or the beach in just a few minutes by car.

From the street the only way is up! Entrance on the ground floor: Here in the entrance hall of the villa, a convenient lift awaits you up a few steps, connecting you to all floors at the touch of a button, so you don't have to lug your suitcases all the way up. First floor: Two small, bright, air-conditioned guest rooms with their own TV await you - one with a double bed and balcony with a view, the other with two single beds and secure, floor-to-ceiling sliding doors. Second floor: The living and dining room form a single unit with the elongated fitted kitchen. Open the sliding doors and immediately enjoy the fresh air. Of course, you can also enjoy your coffee outside on the stone bench. Third floor: roof terrace with refreshing pool. For practical reasons, the two modern bathrooms are spread over the first and second floors so that they are equally available to all guests. Would you like to find out more about other highlights?

Well, there's the marvellous Canyamel golf course, where you can test your swing against the backdrop of the sea. Then there's the 150 metre high Cap Vermell, which gives the villa its name, which is home to the famous Caves d'Artà and the Torre Nova dating back to 1577, which can only be reached on foot by following a marked path. Sensational food and views can also be found in the restaurant of the Cap Vermell Beach Hotel. And of course, just 10 km away is Artà, which is always worth a visit to stroll through its streets, visit its boutiques and cafés or go up to the pilgrimage church of Sant Salvador, although unfortunately there is no lift here. For communication with the owner, the use of Whatsapp (at least one traveller) is mandatory.

Wonderful sea views in a quiet urbanisation: The rustic, multi-storey Villa Cap Vermell (incl. lift) overlooks the east coast from a lofty height between Canyamel and Costa del Pins, Cala Ratjada and Cala Millor. Supermarkets, two attractive golf courses and the beaches of Canyamel and Sa Marjal as well as famous caves are only a few minutes away. The medieval town of Artà with its lovely cafés is only 10 km away.
