As far as the eye can see, the most striking feature of this house are the spectacular views over the Artà valley - an unrivalled 180-degree panoramic view awaits you! On one of the last hills at the foot of the Serra de Artà, in Artà's most popular location, which has always been home to magnificent old villas, lies a natural stone villa in a prime location with breathtaking panoramic views (from the Llevant mountains to the Randa mountain near Algaida/Montuïri near Palma) and idyllic views over the town, its cathedral and castle to the bay of Canyamel. To the north and north-east lies the famous Serra de Artà and Mallorca's largest national park. This jewel of a building is situated in a very rare and absolute dream location at the end of a quiet cul-de-sac, surrounded by nature, and in perfect seclusion, far away from the daily hustle and bustle, completely surrounded by old dry stone walls still only 3 km from Artà. Yes, these villas with their very own history really do exist. When you arrive at your holiday destination of Florinda de Bali, you will immediately be captivated by the holiday atmosphere created by the lush surrounding vegetation. The magnificent building is surrounded by olive groves, lavender and rosemary fields, the scent of which sweetly fills the air. It is permeated by an almost meditative silence. Palm trees, almond trees and the mighty hundred-year-old olive trees enchant every visitor and immediately make you forget all thoughts of everyday life. Oriental elements inside and outside the villa add a special touch to the Mediterranean atmosphere. However, there is no need to be in awe. Instead, enjoy a refreshing dip in the heated pool (only available in high season), which at 13 metres long seems almost gigantic and will keep you entertained at night with its changing light show. The terrace is perfect for spending the whole day and night in good company, watching the stars and savouring local delicacies from the barbecue. Yoga enthusiasts will find ideal conditions at this finca. On the large terraces, body, mind and soul can be harmonised to face everyday life with renewed strength and ease. Yoga classes can be organised on request. And when you hear the clicking of the pétanque balls and refreshing glasses of pastis from your own pétanque area, you'll think you've already arrived in paradise.

Another highlight is the interior design of the villa, which will delight design lovers: With great attention to detail, the owners have succeeded in creating a uniquely inspired atmosphere in which you will immediately feel at home. Large illustrations draw the eye to the white and natural stone-coloured interior walls. In the living room, comfortable sofas invite you to sit down and enjoy the beautiful fireplace, which seems to have come straight out of a children's book, or watch a film or two on the widescreen TV. The large wooden dining table is also located here. Budding chefs will be delighted by the perfectly equipped kitchen with gas hob, which offers the ideal conditions to spoil your group with sumptuous delicacies in keeping with the international ambience of the house. In another room, a slightly raised futon invites you to relax with a view of the elegant parquet floor, which gives this room its special aura. This apartment could accommodate two more people or be used as a separate office with its own TV and stereo system. Thanks to the large windows, the entire living area is flooded with light. A total of six double bedrooms, some with beds with canopies in the style of the Arabian Nights and each with its own bathroom, invite you to relax. The large, wood-panelled bathtub is particularly impressive; as already mentioned, every detail has been chosen with great care.

Another advantage of this villa is the aforementioned ideal location. Take a stroll through the medieval town centre of Artà or visit the weekly farmers' market that takes place every Tuesday to buy souvenirs for your family and friends back home. Cala Torta, an unspoilt natural sandy beach, is only 30 minutes away by car. There are a multitude of beautiful beaches on the east coast. So why not get out and explore the area? And if you fancy a day on a busier beach after enjoying the endless tranquillity of the villa, head to the bustling little harbour town of Cala Ratjada (14 km). The mega finca Florinda de Bali is an absolutely outstanding property near Artà. It is situated in a wonderfully peaceful location, surrounded by landscaped grounds and just 3 km from the romantic town of Artà. Several natural sandy beaches, such as Canyamel and Cala Torta, can be easily reached in approx. 20-30 minutes. You can also spend a great day at the beach in the harbour town of Cala Ratjada, just 14 km away, or enjoy the tranquillity of Colonia San Pere and its picturesque sunsets. The breathtaking Llevant nature reserve is also just 15 minutes away.

Please note that this property does not accept youth groups or stag and hen parties. A youth group at this property consists of people aged 28 years or younger. Do not book this property if you are a youth group or stag party group as your booking will be declined after booking, which may also be upon arrival at the property or during your stay, and you will not receive a refund.
