The Pfauenhof is located in the heart of the Eifel, the wonderful volcanic Eifel with its unique Maare, on the edge of the small village of Utzerath in a fantastically quiet meadow valley surrounded by forest. Two holiday homes with six beautiful flats, lovingly furnished with a special ambience, for 1-5 people. In the summer of 2022, we converted our former stallion stable into our new holiday flat no. 7 with a special flair for up to six people.

A dream for children and horse lovers. Riding lessons, guided rides, hiking with ponies, barbecue evenings with campfire at the brook, riding games, brood mares, riding horses and ponies, the dear farm dog Bruno, rabbits and hares, chickens, the little donkey Grisella and our Galloway cattle on our pastures.

For bikers there are wonderful trails in the surrounding area. The VulkanbikeMarathon in September and various trail parks for mountain bikers. The Maare-Mosel cycle path is a more moderate way to explore the beautiful landscape.

On foot, you can enjoy the volcanic Eifel on the Eifelsteig or on Germany's most beautiful hiking trail 2021, the VulkaMaar path. In nearby Ulmen you can start on the enchanting hiking trail "Im Tal der wilden Endert".

Our new holiday flat was built in summer 2022 in the former stallion stable and the hay and straw store above it.
With only minimal changes to the building shell, it blends inconspicuously into the existing building ensemble.

On 90m² you can enjoy the country life in the Volcanic Eifel and a wonderful view of the Hummerich with up to six people.
On the ground floor, you will find a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, the dining room, the living area with a cosy seating window made of Swiss stone pine, audio system and smart TV, as well as a WC.
The former hay and straw storage now forms the upper floor with three bedrooms - one bedroom with a double bed, one bedroom with two single beds and one bedroom with a bunk bed - as well as the bathroom.
WLan is available free of charge.
We are happy to offer our bread roll service on request.
Our private spa is also available for saunas and massages on request.
