The holiday finca Cuaquis is surrounded by a well-kept garden with lots of lawn near the east coast of Mallorca. From the pool and its sun terrace you can enjoy a liberating view over the rolling hills of the Serra de Llevant. The shallow pool is easily accessible via a wide staircase. Several seating areas with natural shade are available for outdoor dining. Prepare your meals on the mobile barbecue and have fun playing table tennis. The friendly and discreet owner also lives on the 15,000 m2 property. Privacy is a top priority here, but having a contact person on holiday in Mallorca is always a real advantage. Of course, our Fincallorca team is also there for you.

This is a Fincallorca holiday home.

Inside you will find spacious, classically designed rooms with high-quality furniture. The main living area is located on the ground floor. It houses a large, light-flooded living room with fireplace, a modern, fully equipped kitchen, a dining room and two double bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms. Separated from the living room by a French window, there is also a cosy library where you can work comfortably in your home office if required. There is another beautiful living area next to the main house. Thanks to wide glass doors, it can be easily connected to the outside area. An external staircase leads to the third double bedroom, which also has its own en suite bathroom. Incidentally, all three sleeping areas have air conditioning. The heating throughout the house ensures a pleasant holiday even out of season.

Finca Cuaquis is located less than 4 km from the coastal town of Porto Cristo with its supermarkets, restaurants and lively nightlife. Within a 15-minute drive you will find several beautiful sandy coves along the east coast.

Please note that this property does not accept youth groups or stag and hen parties. A youth group at this property consists of people aged [30] or younger. Do not book this property if you are a youth group or stag party as your booking will be declined after booking, which may also be upon arrival at the property or during your stay, and you will not receive a refund
