It is a special moment - your heart may beat faster as you approach the Marbella residence via the long driveway. The villa shines in every respect, not only with its gleaming white façades and the architectural standards to which it more than lives up. This premium villa is located on the lawn in front of paradise, just 52 metres from the beach and the sea. A small path with its own entrance gate leads directly to the coast. You can use this almost as your own private pool, but with no size restrictions (an outdoor shower is located at the edge of the property, next to the garden gate). The building is surrounded by a series of terraces and lush green lawns. You'll soon discover the veranda with classic arches and white polyrattan furniture, café-style seating and a long table with designer tables. You'll have to decide for yourself where your favourite spot is, whether it's the balcony along the bedrooms or the relaxed lounge with white wicker furniture directly above the promenade. One thing is certain: all of these places offer a wonderful, wide panoramic view directly onto the sea, which is undeveloped and limited only by the horizon. With the mobile barbecue, you can organise a private party every day in front of this magnificent backdrop - you'll never get bored with this spectacularly beautiful view.

The white of the exterior facades (with apple-green shutters) and the high-quality lounge furniture, together with the fresh green of the garden and the azure blue horizon, create a perfect harmony of maritime colours. The fully air-conditioned interior is no less impressive. White style, ideally combined with a variety of discreet decors that are all the more impressive for their subtlety, and an open-plan layout will win over any sceptics. The marvellous kitchen with cooking island, which can also be used as a breakfast bar, and its diverse equipment offer real comfort. The long country-style dining table is a cosy place for meals. Those who don't just want to enjoy the view of the garden and the sea through the many floor-to-ceiling windows with mullions can instead marvel at the stucco ceiling with chic designer lamps and then let their gaze wander over the cosy sofa suite. The two wicker beds in the alcove, including a relaxing view, are sure to be a favourite spot for early risers or night owls. Even with a group of twelve people plus small children, this relaxing villa is extremely comfortable. Generously proportioned bedrooms on the ground and ground floor are also exquisitely appointed. The thoroughly chic and modern bathrooms each have bathtubs and showers. Two have en-suite bathrooms, one is located between two bedrooms and the fourth is open-plan, as is the guest bathroom. In short, they offer complete comfort with elegant and post-modern tile décor. If you like to sleep with the window open, the gentle sound of the sea will be both your personal lullaby and your gentle alarm clock in the morning.

Do you love beach holidays and the sea? Then you'll have it really easy here, as only a small garden gate separates you from the white sandy beach of Platja de son Moll. You can go to the beach at any time of day. The villa is located in a beautiful urbanisation called Es Fanger, south of Cala Ratjada. The resort is within walking distance, where you can stroll along the harbour promenade with its numerous restaurants and cafés. It is very popular in summer, but in the off-season the bustling harbour town with its lighthouse viewpoint shows a completely different side. Thanks to its central location, the surrounding area is very easy to reach. Excursions to the markets in the neighbouring medieval holiday resorts of Capdepera or Artà (Wednesdays and Tuesdays) are quick and easy. Experience your own Mallorca in your very own way and the upmarket Villa Marbella will certainly contribute to your unforgettable stay. Villa Marbella is a seafront paradise in an incredibly beautiful location, nestled in one of Cala Ratjada's quiet holiday developments. It is a pleasant and short walk to the resort or to the neighbouring Pedruscada. You can do your shopping there or visit one of the small towns and their weekly markets, which take place daily in the various villages. The beach is practically on the doorstep Platja de son Moll is only 52 metres away as the crow flies.
