Located in the south of Mallorca, in the middle of a vast area with a special charm, this Mediterranean farmhouse awaits guests who value privacy even when on holiday with a larger group and prefer places where they can find peace, meditation and relaxation in a whole range of wonderful retreats. Several terraces, open and covered, some with patio character and all equipped with high-quality outdoor furniture, offer numerous and very beautiful seating areas in the middle of this almost magical garden with views that delight the eye and the heart. A very cosy chill-out lounge and an outdoor kitchen with charcoal barbecue are further options for spending time outdoors. There is also a large dining table for eating together. From here, it is only a few steps down to the 15-metre-long swimming pool, which can be easily reached via a wide access staircase. For those who want to be more active, there is a table tennis table and a petanque court.

A palm courtyard connects the main house with the terraces and the yoga room, which is equipped with yoga material, chairs and underfloor heating. Yoga teachers and other seminar leaders who want to use a particularly beautiful location for their yoga retreats or other retreats or workshops will find the perfect space here. Lots of wood, terracotta-coloured tiled floors, sandstone and discreet decoration, which creates a lot of additional cosiness and aesthetics, characterise the interior of the typically Mallorcan and pleasantly light-flooded farmhouse. The thick walls of the house are also typical of Mediterranean construction and ensure good temperature control even without air conditioning. In addition, it can be excellently ventilated by draughts, especially on the upper floor. The large multifunctional room with adjoining kitchen area is located in the outbuilding; there is also a massage area separated by curtains. Conveniently, there is also a large bathroom with two washbasins and toilets as well as three showers, which is ideal as the yoga area is also accessible from outside. In the main house you will find a spacious entrance area, a combined living/dining room, a kitchen with utility room and a guest WC. The officers' lounge is the passageway to the bedroom wing, which has three bedrooms and two bathrooms. This means that there are a further four bedrooms and two bathrooms on the upper floor. At both ends of this upper hallway there is a lovely terrace (one of which leads directly back into the garden, so that the upper wing is also accessible from the outside, so to speak. This Mallorca farmhouse is not only suitable for groups, excursions, seminars or even mini weddings, but is also quite exceptional in terms of spaciousness, nature, furnishings and design. The 24,000 m² plot of this extremely versatile and spacious finca is located in the beautiful south of Mallorca, in the municipality of Porreres. Supermarkets and the weekly market in Porreres can be reached quickly from Sa Mesquida des Puig via the country road, which is approx. 300 metres away and only 19 km away.
