A charming house in the countryside, surrounded by a beautiful garden plot with many cosy corners to relax in: This is Cas Pilot near the small village of Santa Maria del Camí in the west of Mallorca. Here you can enjoy your privacy to the full, as the well-kept villa with its traditional green shutters and flowering oleander bushes at the entrance is in a secluded location in the middle of a typical Mediterranean landscape with almond and olive trees. The entire outdoor area is a real highlight and invites you to linger, as the marvellous garden has been laid out with great attention to detail: With an inviting lawn by the pool, flowering plants, imposing palm trees, tall cypresses, fragrant herbs, and various tempting seating areas, an outdoor chill-out lounge with extra-large loungers and awnings, as well as a covered terrace including a dining table and built-in barbecue. If you need to cool off, you can go for a swim in the large pool and then take a siesta on one of the comfortable sun loungers.

But the interior of Cas Pilot also offers a wonderful place to linger. The villa is beautifully and subtly furnished in a classic style: White walls, thick wooden beams under the ceilings, a sand-coloured stone floor complemented by modern and some very beautiful, authentic Mallorcan furniture. Earth tones dominate the colour scheme and further emphasise the relaxed, rural atmosphere. On the ground floor, you will find the living room with a cosy sofa and several armchairs, where you can make yourself comfortable with a drink in the evening, either watching an exciting film or listening to the gentle crackling of the fire in the fireplace. Next door you will find the dining area with a long wooden table and matching chairs, where you can enjoy sumptuous meals. You can prepare the delicacies in the well-preserved traditional kitchen with a built-in sink, lots of old wood and stone elements and another fireplace. As soon as you are full and tired, you can retire to the bedroom with a comfortable double bed. There is also a bathroom with high-quality fittings on this floor of the house. There is an extra living and dining room on the upper floor, which is particularly practical if you are on holiday with two families, so that you have time and space for yourself if you wish. There are also two further stylishly furnished bedrooms and a bathroom on the top floor.

From your accommodation, you can reach the pretty little village of Santa Maria del Camí in just under 2.2 km via the nearby road, which can be audible depending on the wind direction. Santa Maria is a quiet town surrounded by vineyards, perfect for a relaxing stroll. Sights worth seeing include the baroque parish church of Santa Maria and the former Minimos monastery, which houses a museum with traditional Mallorcan costumes and other local traditions. The weekly Sunday market in Santa Maria is also well-known and offers everything from fruit and vegetables to handicrafts. If you prefer to go to the beach, you can drive 19.7 kilometres to Ciudad Jardin beach, for example: Here you will find a wide sandy beach with a long promenade, which is particularly popular with families due to the gentle slope of the beach towards the water. Close to the idyllic picture-book village of Santa Maria del Camí in the west of Mallorca, you can spend a completely relaxing holiday in the countryside at the magnificent Villa Cas Pilot. This immaculately maintained villa offers every comfort, including a beautiful pool, and is set on a lovingly landscaped garden plot full of blooming Mediterranean flora. The holiday home is just 2.2 km from the centre of Santa Maria, while the nearest beach, Ciudad Jardin, is 19.7 km away and can be easily reached by car.
