Villa S'Alzinar Gran is a very special kind of holiday paradise! The large property with two residential units is situated in a wonderfully peaceful location in the east of Mallorca and offers absolutely fantastic views of the natural surroundings. A harmoniously designed outdoor area will put you in a holiday mood from the very first moment. The main house of the property, built in typical Mallorcan natural stone, is nestled in a marvellous variety of different trees and plants. And there is nothing to criticise about the apartment either. The large sun terrace and pool can be reached via small stone steps and immediately invite you to take a refreshing dip in the shimmering blue water. A few cosy loungers are waiting for you to sunbathe or take a nap in the shade of the large parasol. You decide what you prefer! The outdoor area also has several stylish seating areas. You can choose between the spacious dining tables for sumptuous dinners or the cosy lounge corners with comfortable outdoor seating and rocking chairs. Here, everyone will find the perfect spot to enjoy a good book or a cool drink.

The interior of the two accommodation units also promises enjoyment, as originality and style take centre stage in every corner. A successful blend of traditional-rustic and modern elements gives the main house an exclusive character. Dark wood, numerous exposed beams and light-coloured textile elements can be found throughout the living area. There are also small design gems scattered around in the form of various pictures on the walls, small sculptures and special objects. A notable highlight for bookworms: an impressive collection of different literature fills entire walls. You'll be well equipped with reading material for the holidays. Apart from that, the villa has a lot more to offer. The rustic Mallorcan-style kitchen not only looks good, but also has everything you need to prepare a festive meal. The dining area is cosy and quickly invites you to linger over a glass of wine. As soon as tiredness sets in, you can retire to one of the beautiful, large bedrooms and several of the well-equipped bathrooms are waiting to be tried out for your morning shower (a toilet and a bathroom with a bath but without a toilet are right next to each other and are counted as one bathroom here). But a pleasant stay is also guaranteed in the apartment. An open-plan, ultra-modern kitchen including a dining and living area ensures relaxed hours together with your loved ones. And both the bedrooms and the bathroom can certainly keep up with the interior design of the main building. Now it's entirely up to you who chooses to live where. It's beautiful everywhere!

If you do want to leave this oasis of well-being, there are countless opportunities in the region to fill your free time with great experiences. On the one hand, nature lovers will get their money's worth - there are plenty of opportunities for walks, hikes and exploratory tours. And if you want to get a taste of the urban lifestyle, you can quickly reach Artà via the nearby country road. Sample culinary delights in the countless restaurants or stroll through the traditional weekly market, browse through small shops or simply wander through the picturesque streets and alleyways - who knows what you will discover? And if you'd rather spend a day at the beach, no problem! About 15 kilometres away you will find beautiful sandy beaches such as Sa Marjal, Cala Bona or Cala Millor.

The large, exceptionally well-equipped Villa S'Alzinar Gran is located in the beautiful east of Mallorca in an absolutely peaceful, picturesque and idyllic location. In the small town of Artà, just 5.9 km away, you will find everything for your daily needs, from a supermarket to a pharmacy and a cash machine; there is even a traditional weekly market. The nearest sandy beach, for example Sa Marjal, is only 14.3 km away.
