With its wooden shutters and light-coloured façade, the two-storey villa is just as inviting as the huge property, which exudes a wonderfully relaxed atmosphere in a natural setting. Great value for money: a fantastic garden with many beautiful corners, small steps, lemon trees, bright flowers and everything the Mediterranean heart desires. As if that wasn't enough, Corralot also offers a marvellous view that you can enjoy from one of the covered terraces. Sitting in the hammock or on the many seating areas for playing, barbecuing or lazing around, time seems to stand still. The large double doors lead directly into the living/dining area with kitchen, turning it into a charming open-plan area. And: cool drinks are always to hand! The large, refreshing pool with outdoor pool and wooden terrace is approx. 180 metres from the house. Pure nature, forests and rolling hills - nothing but a harmonious, beautiful landscape surrounds you here. With a sliding roof, an additional mobile canopy and plenty of loungers, you will never want to leave this little oasis. The villa can be reached via a quaint, somewhat narrow country lane, but you will be rewarded with a shady car park under the trees.

Inside, the 245 m² property has a rustic style with many beautiful wooden elements and tasteful decoration. In the large living room with open-plan kitchen and dining area, a fireplace and rocking chairs create a cosy atmosphere. Open ceiling beams and a matching wall shelf discreetly conceal the flat-screen TV and CD and DVD player. Old pieces of furniture have been transformed into a table or chest of drawers with great attention to detail. And then there's the green and white tiled kitchen with a large fridge, dishwasher, microwave, toaster, kettle and coffee machine - to be honest, there's nothing here that isn't there. There is even a high chair for children; families are always welcome. Upstairs, the villa has three bedrooms with double beds and two bathrooms, one of which is en-suite. They are all beautifully furnished and the baby cot can also be used. A little speciality: the roof terrace with a fantastic view. The fourth double room with its own bathroom is located in a small annexe. When both double doors and the additional window are opened, the indoor and outdoor areas merge into a cosy lounge area with a view. On the enchanted terrace with its natural pergola and cobblestones, evenings in the open air are sure to be the highlight of the evening.

Many will enjoy the relaxed atmosphere surrounded by greenery - after all, the villa with its magnificent views and absolute privacy is just the place for it. Nevertheless, there are worthwhile excursion destinations in the vicinity - the great location on the east side of the island makes it possible to reach all of them! Corralot is only around 6 km from Manacor, the second largest town in Mallorca. Here you can stroll through the lively pedestrian zone and the historic town centre or visit a pearl factory. The nearby Cuevas del Drach dragon caves in Porto Cristo are full of secrets. And nature lovers will appreciate the Via Verde ecological cycling and hiking trail, which starts in Manacor and crosses the varied landscape. The paradisiacal bay of Cala Varques and the small sandy beach of Cala d'Es Serral are only about 6 kilometres away - hopefully you'll have time to visit?

Surrounded by greenery, the peaceful Villa Corralot is located in the eastern part of the island, south-east of Manacor. The picturesque village and a weekly market as well as various shops, supermarkets, cafés and restaurants are approx. 6 km away. The paradisiacal bay of Cala Torta with its unspoilt nature or the small sandy beach of Cala dEs Serral are only a few minutes away by car.
