In the middle of an exclusive, green villa development, just a few kilometres from Palma, lies the white-clad beauty Christina Bendinat, who will be happy to take on the role of your very own Mallorca hostess. Drive along the stone wall around the property to the gate and park either on the tarmac car park or in the garage. Four terraces or balconies extend over the different floors and in all directions, offering sun and shade in equal measure; from two of them you can see the glittering sea in the bay of Magaluf, and perhaps you will give in to the call of the mountains and lace up your hiking boots. The well-kept small garden surrounding the house, which offers privacy despite having immediate neighbours, is dominated by the lavishly renovated pool; perhaps you can already imagine yourself sipping cocktails on one of the sun loungers or relaxing in your swimming costume on the rattan chill-out bed. A particular highlight of this villa is the outdoor kitchen with a huge barbecue, fridge and comfortable seating area - how practical that there is also a sliding hatch to the indoor kitchenette. There is also a lifebuoy hanging on the wall; literally everything has been thought of.

Believe it or not, the villa, full of nooks and crannies yet flooded with light, offers you sophisticated design on five levels; as well as luxurious comfort and plenty of space for up to 6 people from the integrated, cosy apartment with double bed and lounge corner, stylish living room and spacious shower room (with window!) in the basement to the fitness room in front of the freely accessible roof terrace. And below, three elegant double bedrooms (one with en-suite bathroom and balcony), a further bathroom with shower/bathtub combination and an additional WC as well as a utility room with washing machine and tumble dryer. The kitchen? It's a bespoke dream in mahogany with its own drinks fridge, Nespresso machine and corner bench, ideal for newspaper readers and espresso drinkers. The living room? A sophisticated arrangement with a communal dining table and then up a few steps a lounge area with a large flat screen TV and generous reading chairs; all in front of the glass patio doors that lead out into the greenery and a balcony with lanterns that almost look like they're hanging from the trees. Last but not least, there is the study with desk and sofa, which is on the way to the double bedroom with en-suite bathroom.

Take a holiday in a country of superlatives: the capital itself with its imposing cathedral, Art Nouveau facades and trendy bars, as well as a fantastic aquarium that offers events for (almost) every occasion. A trip to the Gothic Castell de Bellver, which watches over the harbour, will captivate you with its breathtaking views over Palma and the surrounding countryside; the circular castle, set in a small wood, is the only one of its kind in the whole of Europe. Or how about the historic town of Calvià at the foot of the Tramuntana mountains? With its traditional ochre-coloured buildings from the 17th century, it is an attraction in itself ...
Cala Bendinat is the perfect place for your first dip in the sea. If you wish, you can carry your towel to the rocks at the edge of the bay. There is also the sandy beach of Platja d'Illetes with several picturesque islets just off the coast. Finally, the Balneario Illetas Beach Club awaits you with imaginative cuisine in a luxurious atmosphere, also just a few minutes' walk from Lady Christina's guests. Do we need to mention anything else before you click on Book Now? The elegant and luxurious designer villa Christina Bendinat is located in an exclusive residential area in Cas Català; it is named after Cala Bendinat, which is only 3 kilometres away, and is the location if you want to focus on Palma, the surrounding area and the city beaches. A supermarket and restaurants are within walking distance, between Illetes and Sant Agustí you will find further shopping facilities, the attractive town of Calvià (12 km away) also offers a weekly market. The Puerto Portals marina in Portals Nous and the famous Real Golf de Bendinat are also just a few minutes away.
