Your friends and relatives will probably be green with envy when you return home after a holiday at the dreamlike Villa Can Lau, and rightly so! The jewel is definitely a sight to behold; the garden surrounded by fragrant orange trees and the surrounding countryside alone are definitely worth a visit. Comfortable and modern relaxation areas are spread across the entire outdoor area, always with the best view of the magnificent pool, which is an impressive 15 metres long and 5 metres wide. An outdoor shower and an outdoor WC round off the whole thing. and the hot tub, which is heated from mid-September to April, is a great outdoor extra. The lawn is just next door Children can try out all sorts of things on it: Table tennis, football pitches, space to run around it's all there! Put on your apron and get to the barbecue - that's the motto for real barbecues right on the covered terrace (you can even choose the barbecue you want, the property has two of them!) The weekly market in Santa Margalida should have everything you need in terms of ingredients. And if the beautiful views of the countryside and mountains from below aren't enough, simply climb up to the marvellous sun terrace on the first floor. Here too, high-quality furniture offers plenty of space to stroll around, relax and enjoy a well-earned break. BBQ fans will get their money's worth with the two available BBQ stations (gas and charcoal). Three hi-fi systems with USB ports, one by the pool and one on the terrace next to the kitchen, provide the right background music for your personal moments of happiness outdoors. Nevertheless, Can Lau is a finca for relaxing - parties or similar events are expressly not permitted here. Great extra: the owner provides his guests with a digital handbook that can be read using a QR code and contains lots of tips on luxury restaurants and fun activities on the island.

Just wait and see what reveals itself to you as soon as you enter the villa: Pure luxury awaits you on two floors and a living space of 500 m². All rooms are equipped with air conditioning and radiators so that you can achieve the most comfortable temperature for you at any time of year. Through the inviting salon you enter directly into the brilliant living area a modern sofa set and a fully equipped entertainment system with DVD and CD player, internet and Netflix access as well as a docking station for your iPod invite you to linger in comfort. In the same room there is a huge dining table with ample seating for all guests - it could have come straight out of an interior design magazine. Large arched windows guarantee brightness and well-being. The stylish kitchen with a hob and built-in appliances that would probably amaze even star chefs is all yours - let your creativity run wild and try an original Mallorcan recipe! The four white double bedrooms and the three first-class bathrooms with walk-in showers (two of them en-suite) are spread over all floors. Have you ever had the pleasure of owning a gym? NO? Then you will definitely like this highlight. It offers you plenty of space and the right sports equipment for your physical fitness. Afterwards, enjoy a cool refreshing drink on the terrace or use the entertainment centre on the upper floor with its comfortable wing chairs, just as you like. Thanks to the house's alarm system, which is easy to operate with a key that you receive on arrival, you can feel very safe at all times.

There's no doubt that you're already floating on holiday clouds with this villa, but should you ever feel like a change of scenery, then make your way to the nearest town: via the Ma you can reach Santa Margalida in no time at all -3340, which is within earshot. Numerous street cafés, fantastic restaurants and bars as well as the odd shop are guaranteed to sweeten your visit. Sightseeing hotspots such as the necropolis of Son Real or the old lookout towers along the coast promise fascinating insights into the history of the centre of the island. Keen amateur ornithologists are sure to be thrilled by some interesting birdwatching in the nearby S'Albufera de Mallorca nature reserve. Can Picafort and Son Serra de Marina also offer picturesque beaches just 10 kilometres away. This magnificent property is located in the north of the island, just a few minutes' drive from Can Picafort and Alcúdia with its beautiful bays. Nearby Santa Margalida and the town's hotspots such as bars, restaurants, cafés and tourist attractions are within easy walking distance - you are sure to enjoy the walk through the picturesque countryside!
