You couldn't be closer to the beach in Mallorca than at Villa Sa Platja. The white sandy beach is literally part of your garden.

This is a Fincallorca holiday home.

From here, a short path over the dunes leads directly to the shallow, turquoise waters of Playa de Muro on the east coast. You can enjoy the beautiful sunrises either from your bed or from the marvellous sun lounger in your beach garden. Enjoy your meals on the covered terrace by the house. It offers a sensational view of the sea. If required, the shaded area can be extended with an awning.

Glass doors lead from the terrace into the tastefully furnished, high-quality interior of the holiday villa. A bright, friendly living room awaits you on the ground floor. It is open to the dining room and the luxuriously equipped kitchen with cooking island and breakfast bar. One of the three cosy bedrooms and a bathroom are also located on this level. Upstairs there is a further double bedroom with en-suite bathroom and an elegant master bedroom. Both rooms have access to a sun terrace with marvellous sea views. The house is fully equipped with air conditioning and heating. You are welcome to do home office work if required. There is a stable WLAN connection and a fibre optic network.

From Villa Sa Platja, a short path leads over the dunes directly to the shallow, turquoise waters of Playa de Muro on the east coast. The villa is located close to the 10 km long sandy bay of Alcúdia. It is part of a well-kept villa neighbourhood and offers good shopping facilities as well as cocktail bars and restaurants in the immediate vicinity.
