Nestled between Santa Margalida and Can Picafort, the charming villa "Ca Na Picona" offers a sunny and secluded retreat with a beautiful, well-kept outdoor area.

The extensive grounds are dotted with mature trees, including impressive palm trees, creating a tranquil atmosphere that is perfect for relaxing. The centrepiece of the outdoor area is the pool, which is surrounded by a stone terrace ideal for lazing in the sun with a good book. Rustic natural stone elements add to the aesthetic charm of the villa. For shade, you can choose from several covered terraces, including a delightful dining area by the kitchen, perfect for breakfast overlooking the lush surroundings. The terrace at the corner of the house has an installed barbecue and a polyrattan seating area.

The interior of the villa is bright and inviting, with a harmonious blend of natural stone, wood and stylish fabrics. On the ground floor there is a small entrance area leading to three air-conditioned bedrooms, each with two single beds (0.90 x 1.90 m). There are modern bathrooms with shower or bath. The open-plan kitchen is well equipped for self-catering, while the cosy living room with a large sofa, a flat-screen TV and a music system invites you to relax. Staying connected is easy with the available Wi-Fi. Several car parking spaces are available.

The beautiful finca "Ca Na Picona" is located approx. 4 km from the coastal town of Can Picafort, where you can go shopping or visit the market on Fridays. There are also countless cafés, restaurants and an exciting nightlife. The attractive sandy beaches of the Bay of Alcúdia, such as Son Baulo, are only a few kilometres away.
