A true summer dream. The sunshine-yellow old building with white mouldings and apple-green shutters seems to observe the relaxed life in the village of Esporles. This is due to the fact that the villa is situated slightly above the village on a hillside, giving it a wonderful view of the tranquil little town. Natural stone walls blend into the mountain and create a beautiful ensemble of terraced flowerbeds with lush shrubs, bushes and tall trees, including palm trees. The pool is hidden and secluded just a few metres from the house. You can reach it via a romantic natural garden path. There you will find a large pool with a meandering mosaic design and a surrounding sun terrace. If you want to relax on the cosy sun loungers after a refreshing swim, parasols are available. At the end of the pool is a shaded area with a lounge ideal for reading a good book. The outdoor bathroom makes it particularly easy to stay outside all day. The house itself also offers plenty of seating with polyrattan furniture and a dining area that complements the brick-built barbecue. You can prepare delicious BBQ dishes from the flavoursome ingredients that the Balearic island has to offer without any time pressure.

The authentic summer house conveys a feeling of Mallorcan originality by combining the flair of a country house with modern requirements. This also applies to the furnishings, which consist of comfortable seating and warm-coloured wood. Decorative farmhouse items and loving details characterise the pleasantly traditional flair. The ground floor forms the general living space with lounge, living and dining room, bathroom and kitchen. The latter is fully equipped for your personal comfort and the small seating area made of brick benches offers an incredibly cosy corner for chatting with your fellow travellers. This leads to an unrestricted feeling of living and immediate well-being, which also continues in the three bedrooms on the upper floor. In addition to beautiful bed frames, there is plenty of storage space for your holiday wardrobe. There are also two further fully refurbished shower rooms (one en-suite) on this level, so a family or group of friends need not compromise. A Gothic church, an estate with a natural spring used as a museum, a river with numerous bridges and countless oak forests invite you to put on your walking boots. Esporles epitomises this, which is why the inviting villa is the ideal starting point for exploring the Tramuntana mountains, especially for nature lovers. Some great restaurants and pretty shops complement the good infrastructure. Thanks to its central location near the country road, which is only audible when the wind is blowing in a certain direction, you can reach Valdemossa, the artists' town of Deià and the coast with its tranquil harbours and picturesque beaches via a spectacularly beautiful drive along winding roads. With all that it has to offer, C'an Pieres is happy to help you experience the beauty and unspoilt nature of Mallorca in all its diversity.

In the midst of the romantic and wild mountain landscape, Villa Can Pieres is located above the pretty mountain village of Esporles. From here you can enjoy a marvellous view of the mountains and the village, which is also within walking distance for your shopping. Of course, you can also visit the weekly market in the popular town of Valdemossa. Fantastic bathing bays such as Port de Canonge or Puta de sa Galera are 9 km away.
