Comfortable, spacious and surrounded by beautiful Mediterranean countryside: sounds like a fabulous holiday home, doesn't it? Especially if you appreciate a quiet, rural location with plenty of privacy. Villa Sa Gravera de Sa Barrala is located on a spacious estate with a lovingly landscaped garden in the south of the island. Families with children will feel particularly at home here: The lawns offer space to play and the pool by the house is ideal for splashing around and swimming. Parents can keep an eye on their little ones from the covered terrace. Or from one of the sun loungers set up around the cool water. Exercise makes you hungry: the barbecue helps you prepare all kinds of delicacies, which you can enjoy at the dining table with a view of the garden and pool. There is also a seating area on another covered terrace in front of the house, ideal for a coffee at any time of day. If you want to soak up the sun, you can head to the roof terrace on the upper floor.

The interior of the villa is light and bright. White and a few sunny yellow walls, together with many small ceiling lamps and large windows, create a summery lightness that permeates the entire house. The furnishings are a mixture of practical, modern and traditional-rustic elements, so you will immediately feel at home. On the ground floor, you will find the spacious entrance area and the living room with a huge sofa and glass table: perfect for cosy TV evenings with tasty snacks! Alternatively, you can sit down for a meal together at the wooden dining table next door, which offers plenty of space for the dishes prepared in the kitchen. Once you've had your fill and get tired, you can simply retire to one of the three double rooms on the ground floor or the other double room on the upper floor. All rooms have elaborately designed single or double beds made of wood. The living comfort is rounded off by three modern bathrooms, two of which are on the ground floor and one en-suite bathroom on the first floor.

You can explore the surroundings of your home on foot or by bike: The typical landscape of the Mallorcan south is predominantly characterised by agriculture and exudes a special tranquillity and serenity. This is also reflected in the towns in the surrounding area. Campos, which is only around 9.3 km away and can be reached by hire car via the road, which can be heard depending on the wind direction, is a good example of the relaxed lifestyle of this region. The area around the town is mainly centred on livestock farming, caper cultivation and cheese production. The local delicacies in the excellent restaurants, tapas bars and cafés are not to be missed. Romantic alleyways, stone houses, churches - there really isn't much else to see in Campos, but if you allow yourself to be enveloped by the atmosphere away from the tourist crowds, the town leaves nothing to be desired. For a day at the beach, simply drive 4 km to the sandy beach of Ses Covetes or to the bay of Es Freu de Ses Covetes, both of which are nestled in a marvellous dune landscape. A spacious holiday home on a large plot, with its own pool right on the doorstep, surrounded by a typical Mediterranean landscape: this is Villa Sa Gravera de Sa Barrala, located near Ses Covetes. The covered terraces in front of and behind the house offer plenty of space to sit, laze and linger, while a roof terrace on the top floor offers great views of the surrounding area. The beaches of Ses Covetes are just 4 km away and can be easily reached by hire car.
