At Villa Rico, you won't waste any time - from the very first moment of your stay, you will enjoy a perfect atmosphere that speaks for itself: countless trees surround the property and ensure privacy and security by protecting you from prying eyes. You can enjoy the outdoor area, as there is not only normal garden furniture, in this case made of fine wood, but also an outdoor sofa and a bed, so that you can spend the night under the stars in mild temperatures or take a few laps in the moonlight in the comfortable pool, accessible via a Greek staircase. The partially covered terrace by the house ensures that your skin gets a short break from the sun before you slide one of the loungers back onto the lush green lawn or treat yourself to a spot by the poolside quarry Relax on stone slabs to devote yourself to a holiday novel while you slowly work up an appetite, nourished by the pleasant, aromatic salt air. That's fine, because this villa has a very modern, installed barbecue where you have plenty of space to marinate and prepare your delicacies. The slightly elevated terrace area with veranda and seating area, which can be reached via a few steps, is surrounded by impressive flowers; the variety of plants here is very diverse and large palm trees also make you feel like you're in a small, cosy park.

Nothing is missing inside the villa. From the stylish living room, which is equipped with a flat-screen TV, a modern fireplace and a sofa that invites you to relax and unwind, you enter the dining room, which flows into the open-plan kitchen. The colours of the wooden furniture harmonise with the bright, clean lines and give you the feeling that you have found your perfect temporary home. The large work surfaces in the kitchen offer you enough space to prepare larger dishes without running out of room. In addition to the guest WC, you will also find three of the bedrooms and two bathrooms (one of which is en-suite) on the ground floor, which is located towards the rear of the house. The architects have allowed generosity to prevail in the bathrooms, including in the use of materials. Wood and marble elements blend together beautifully and leave no doubt that you have chosen a first-class home here. A hot candidate for your favourite spot can be reached via the staircase to the top floor: here, the bedroom and bathroom areas merge directly into one another. You can enjoy impressive views from the roof terrace, the ideal place for cosy get-togethers and planning excursions to the beautiful east of the island.

When you leave the villa, you can reach the romantic town centre of Portocolom in no time at all. Right by the sea, you will find many photo motifs that you can later use to create a Mallorca calendar full of moments that will make your heart beat faster. The villa has an urban character, so you can immerse yourself in the centre of life: The road runs right past the house and, although audible, is only used by residents, so the noise level is bearable. The countless boat moorings and the pastel-coloured houses along the coast of the town exude a wonderful island charm. The town is divided into an old town area around the harbour and the urbanisation in the south on the beautiful Cala Marcal bay; you can decide whether you prefer to go shopping and stroll through the beautiful alleyways or swim in the salty blue. Portocolom was built as a harbour for the town of Felanitx. The fishing village officially belongs to Felanitx, where you should definitely visit the weekly market to discover delicacies that you can later throw on the barbecue. The charming Villa Rico is located in the idyllic fishing village of Portocolom, just 400 metres on foot from the centre. And you're ready for the sea!
In addition to a wide range of shops, Portocolom also has many nice bars and good restaurants. The very attractive beaches on the east coast, the Calas de Mallorca, with their fine-grained sand, can be reached easily and quickly by car.
