It doesn't get much closer to the sea than this villa on Mallorca! Only the small coastal road and the boat harbour separate you from the deep blue of the Mediterranean. From which floor you enjoy this marvellous view is entirely up to you. Large floor tiles adorn the outdoor area on the ground floor, which has a small lounge and loungers for all-round cosy relaxation. With the right drink within reach, nothing stands in the way of an extensive view. If you prefer to relax undisturbed, simply head to the spacious terrace behind the house, which also offers a dining table and barbecue in addition to other sunbathing options. The views can be topped off on the higher balconies on the first and second floors of the house.

The sea and inviting bathing opportunities are therefore not far away, but delicious bathing pleasure can also be realised in the house's own pool (not heatable) in no time at all. The large columned room with the long swimming pool, which can be reached via a staircase, and the blue mosaic stones almost look like a small bathing establishment. Except that you enjoy unrestricted privacy here. Floor-to-ceiling windows allow plenty of light into the elegantly furnished rooms, which are characterised by a modern, pleasantly cool style. The living and dining areas are open-plan and the trendy, luxurious, fully equipped kitchen next door offers a further dining area and direct access to the outside. The glass elements between the living room and kitchen create a very charming spacious effect. A bathroom completes the ground floor. A chic glass staircase leads to the next floor, where there are spacious, tastefully furnished bedrooms, some with wonderful sea views, and en suite bathrooms. The generously glazed bedroom on the 2nd floor is particularly spacious. There is even space for a sofa area here. An additional balcony with a fantastic view of the sea and an en suite bathroom round off this living level. This elegant Mallorca villa is located on the seafront in the coastal town of Son Serra de Marina. Shopping facilities and restaurants are within walking distance of this accommodation. Several beautiful beaches are also within easy reach. Thanks to its location on a small road, you can also reach other destinations quickly.
