Is country life exactly what you are looking for? Peace and quiet, no direct neighbours, only nature, fields, olive and almond groves are your recipe for happiness? Then you should definitely take a closer look at the villa with the euphonious name El Paraiso de Son Carrió. The rustic natural stone house with brown wooden shutters is located on a huge estate in the farmland in the east of the island and offers a relaxed ambience that matches the surroundings as well as a spacious, covered terrace area and a pool with loungers and pretty straw parasols that rustle gently in the wind. You can refresh yourself in the cool water in complete privacy and then treat yourself to a long break in the glorious sunshine. If you happen to glance over the area through your sunglasses, you might see the lovingly arranged flowers in terracotta pots and large buckets that are placed everywhere. Or you might look into the distance and see nothing but green trees and fields.

Rustic exterior, elegant interior: this villa will surprise you with its modern rooms and offers plenty of comfort for your holiday. The furnishings are a successful mix of old and new, antique chests of drawers beautifully enhance the chic leather sofas, while white walls and wooden beams on the ceiling create a great contrast. On the ground floor you will find three pleasantly and discreetly furnished bedrooms, two of which are equipped with double beds and one with two single beds. In addition to an en-suite bathroom and another separate bathroom, this floor of the house also has a super stylish kitchen with a bar with seating and an elegant dining table right next to it. The highlight is the cooking island. In the airy living room with gallery, you will find two inviting leather sofas that are perfect for watching TV, for example. The upper floor of this house is particularly original: the staircase leads up from the living room to a kind of gallery with glass railings. This area accommodates another cosy double bed, but also a bathroom with a chic, free-standing bathtub.

The area surrounding your holiday home is ideal for long walks or bike rides through the predominantly agricultural landscape. Son Carrió is only 4 km away in your hire car. In the small, tranquil village you will find several restaurants and shopping facilities for your daily needs. During your stay, be sure to try the incredibly tasty, traditional baked goods for which the town is famous. The beautiful church of Sant Miquel with its neo-Romanesque façade and four-storey bell tower is also well worth a visit. In addition, the Via Verda, the green route, runs through the old railway station and is ideal for walking or cycling. If you are drawn to the water, you can head to the town of Porto Cristo, for example, with its fine sandy city beach. The town is only 6.3 km away. In addition to a lively promenade, the beach offers a very good infrastructure, including restaurants, bars, toilets, showers and sun lounger hire.
