This farmhouse in the beautiful east of Mallorca is an idyllic place through and through. It is an ideal domicile for anyone who loves privacy and being close to nature and wants to be far away from the stress and hectic pace of life on holiday. A rustic, partly natural environment characterises the atmosphere, where it is easy to arrive and relax. Open and covered terrace areas invite you to linger. Depending on the position of the sun, your favourite spots can change throughout the day and in the evening the barbecue invites you to enjoy a hearty barbecue and an atmospheric finale.

All living areas are on one level and offer four holiday guests a spacious home away from home. The open-plan living-dining room with integrated, fully equipped kitchen accommodates different needs and activities at the same time, creating a lovely sense of community. On chilly evenings, you can sit comfortably in the sofa and armchair area in front of the fireplace or watch a good film on TV. Indoor meals can also be celebrated together in the open-plan space - the distances to the kitchen, from which there is a practical exit to the outside, are pleasantly short. Two cosy bedrooms with a bathroom in between create dreamy oases of peace. A further bathroom completes the living comfort of this farmhouse, which can be heated to a pleasant temperature all year round. Surrounded by rolling hills, the farmhouse Can Carrio s'Estepar is located less than 3 km from the centre of Son Serveras. You can do your daily shopping in the village and buy fresh food at the market on Fridays. In about 10 minutes by car you can be on the Costa del Pins, where you can either spend a wonderful day by the sea or play golf. The picturesque town of Artà is 7.6 km away, where you can stroll through pretty alleyways and enjoy a bite to eat in inviting cafés and restaurants.
