The finca "Mondrago" is situated on a dreamlike 14,500 m² plot surrounded by palm trees and offers the perfect oasis for families and couples looking for peace, relaxation and privacy.

Surrounded by natural stone walls, the property is a peaceful retreat where you can enjoy the beauty of nature with rabbits, rare birds and ancient trees in the surrounding park. The landscaped garden offers plenty of space to relax under the large palm trees. The pool is located on a paved terrace from Santanyí, which is complemented by three spacious covered terraces. Enjoy breakfast on the cosy terrace, sunbathe on the south-facing terrace or relax with a sundowner on the west-facing terrace. A brick-built barbecue completes the outdoor area. There is also an artificial turf pitch for football or yoga.

Inside, the finca boasts a modern, wood-accented design with cream and white tones, creating a relaxed atmosphere. There are two air-conditioned double bedrooms with shower rooms (one of which is en suite), a well-equipped kitchen and a spacious living/dining room (also air-conditioned) with a modern, inviting seating area. The finca is located on the edge of the Mondragó Natural Park in the south-east of Mallorca. The bays of Mondragó and S'Amarador are 5 km away. Good shopping facilities and restaurants can be found in Santanyí, 3 km away. Other beaches and the harbour towns of Porto Petro and Cala Figuera can be reached in less than 15 minutes by car.
