Close to the coast and in the neighbourhood of inviting places such as Canyamel, Artà and Cala Ratjada, the finca "Ca'n Blai" is located in a rural setting and is perfectly connected to the infrastructure by road. Daily shopping, visits to the beach and cafés as well as going out in the evening can be done quickly and easily from here. The fine sandy beach of Canyamels is only 4.6 km away and other beaches are also within easy reach.
