Octopuses are clever animals. With many clever tricks and an amazing ability to transform, they are ideally suited to life in the sea. This also applies to Villa Calamar 7, which is located in the centre of the coastal town of Portocolom and is an affordable way to combine urban diversity with a maritime atmosphere. Ideal conditions for a great holiday in Mallorca! The outdoor area is surrounded by a variety of Mediterranean vegetation. There are several terraces to choose from, so you can always follow the course of the sun and stay in the right spot. If you want to give your skin a break, you can also retreat to the covered terrace with bamboo furniture. A barbecue is available for preparing a delicious meal in the evening in a cosy atmosphere. The sea is only 250 metres away, so you can always take a digestive stroll before going to bed.

The house itself can be described as typically Mallorcan in terms of its interior design: Design elements such as pots and plates on the walls hark back to the island's agricultural past, which had nothing in common with the celebrity splendour of today. We deliberately avoid pompous highlights, but the cosy house on Mallorca doesn't need them. After all, it's the get-togethers in the cosy living room, the convivial cooking in the fully equipped kitchen and the quiet nights in the practically furnished four double bedrooms that make this down-to-earth property so appealing. Two of the bedrooms have a king-size bed, two have two single beds each, so that different travelling constellations are conceivable. Two bathrooms ensure that there are no queues for the shower in the morning. Fans ensure that the sultry summer days don't go to your head. Thanks to Smart TV, you can also relax with a good film in the evening.

At Villa Calamar 7 in the coastal town of Portocolom, you will spend your holiday in a well-kept residential area close to the sea with plenty of opportunities to indulge your taste buds in restaurants or stock up on delicacies for the local barbecue. In addition to the natural harbour, the so-called Calas de Mallorca, numerous beautiful beaches in the region offer the opportunity to get in touch with the sea. These can also be explored on foot.
