The traditional, south-facing Villa Saraix was completely renovated in 2014. The sun-drenched villa welcomes us in a delicate terracotta colour on a plot surrounded by pine trees. Between the villa and the pool there is a sun terrace with a total of 8 sun loungers and 1 parasol. On the sun loungers you can enjoy the warm southern sun after a swim or watch your children play in the pool. A wooden bench and a polyrattan table with comfortable chairs and apple-green cushions offer the opportunity to spend convivial moments. Under a covered terrace on the side of the house, there is another outdoor seating area with wooden furniture and the same exciting green cushions, as well as another wooden bench in the shade. If you put the two ensembles together, you can enjoy an entertaining barbecue evening, as each of the two terraces has a walled barbecue. An external staircase at the side of the house leads to the top floor. Above the roof terrace is a tower room, which is designed as an additional living room for chilling out or as a reading room and offers a beautiful view of the rural structure of the surroundings and the grounds. Villa Saraix is a particular highlight for us. The grounds belonging to the villa are actually much more spacious, so you can take long walks in the grounds. Sheep, pigs and chickens are still kept at some distance from the house, but of course they can't reach Villa Saraix. You can enjoy the peace and space of the rural location.

With the exception of the tower room, all other rooms in the villa are on the ground floor, which is accessible via several floor-to-ceiling patio doors. This also applies in part to the bedrooms, which have direct access to the garden in the morning. The interior of the villa is very new and has a timeless flavour. White, smooth walls with large floor tiles in a light earth tone are complemented by recessed light points in the ceilings and ensure a modern standard. The exposed beamed ceiling and antique wooden chairs add a touch of Mallorcan cosiness to the living room, which is furnished with an orange and a chocolate brown couch. Perfect for a cosy evening watching TV or socialising. The separate kitchen is very stylishly equipped. A long kitchen unit with desirable technical comfort and full equipment, which you will not want to do without when self-catering on holiday, impresses with its wooden fronts, which are complemented by high-quality marble. The dining table can be extended and offers enough space for all guests to enjoy meals together. In the 4 bedrooms there are either double beds or separate single beds; the use or layout can be changed by guests as required. There is plenty of space for your holiday clothes in the built-in wardrobes. The two high-quality bathrooms with walk-in showers are extremely modern. The showers are designed with high-quality stone. The dark marble of the walled-in shower areas forms an elegant contrast to the light-coloured, high-gloss natural stone laid on the other walls. Whether you are travelling with friends or 2 families, the villa offers enough space for all guests at an extremely moderate price in a wonderful rural location, yet close to the beach and the city.

The location of the uncomplicated Villa Saraix is a convincing argument for us. The beautiful coastal town of Can Picafort is about 7 minutes away, while Santa Margalida is only about 4 km away. The attractive villa is located approx. 450 metres from the road that connects the two popular towns. Both towns are within easy reach for shopping. There is a great weekly market in Santa Margalida on Tuesdays and Saturdays and on Fridays you can drive to the Can Picafort market. Can Picafort is part of the Bahiá de Alcúdia, which connects kilometres of beautiful sandy beaches like a string of pearls. In Can Picafort you will find numerous bars and restaurants as well as a vibrant nightlife in the local clubs. You will have a completely different experience in beautiful Santa Margalida, one of the most beautiful and picturesque villages on the island, where you can still experience the original Mallorca. Due to its convenient location, you have the choice of many different things to do on holiday and exciting day trips await you at Villa Saraix, where you can round off a relaxing day with a laid-back BBQ. Villa Saraix was renovated in 2014 and is situated in a rural location between the towns of Santa Margalida and Can Picafort. Santa Margalida is only 4 km away and Can Picafort is also only 7 km away. Here you can do your shopping and go to the markets on various days of the week, where you will find fresh fruit and vegetables. The beaches of the bay of Alcúdia, which are all strung together like a string of pearls, are only a few minutes away by car.
