Surrounded by enchanting hills, a few palm trees, almond and orange trees, a garden awaits you in which the pool with Greek entrance stands out. A luxurious size of 10 x 4 metres ensures that you can not only use the pool for a little refreshment after sunbathing on one of the loungers, but also swim a few laps in the morning to get your blood pumping. Afterwards, you can relax over breakfast in the shade of the covered terrace and make plans for the day. A daybed and the sofa lounge invite you to slow down and enjoy the view of the garden, where oleander bushes set colourful accents with their bright red. For cosy evenings, there is a barbecue where you can prepare the island's specialities. After all, thanks to its culinary diversity, Mallorca is the perfect place to gain quality of life through food.

Inside the house you will find a large living room where you can sit on the corner sofa and listen to the crackling flames in the fireplace. The typical Mallorcan wooden beams on the ceilings radiate cosiness. There is plenty of space in the spacious kitchen so that nobody is in the way. Villa Can Feliz leaves nothing to be desired in terms of equipment - there is even an ice crusher to help you prepare delicious cocktails and the dark wood tones exude elegance. One of the bedrooms on the ground floor is located next to a WC. The entire ground floor has underfloor heating. If you take the stairs to the top floor, you will first find a large room with a desk. There is also a sofa here where you can browse through the books in the home library. The en-suite bathroom is integrated into one of the two bedrooms on this floor; another bathroom ensures that nobody is in the way. An iron and a total of two hairdryers are available in the house and do not need to be brought from home. The owners have also chosen dark wood tones for the elegant furniture on this floor, so that the overall ambience is truly perfect. From here you can access a terrace with steps leading down to the garden. On request, the owners can provide a safety railing, a changing table, a pushchair, a rollator, a bobby car, various play equipment, a bottle warmer and a baby monitor, making this villa particularly suitable for young families. If you can't agree on what to watch on TV, that's no problem: a second flat-screen TV ensures that everyone gets their money's worth.

Perhaps you would prefer to discover the attractive surroundings anyway. Son Macia, just 2 kilometres away, has around 900 inhabitants and offers good shopping facilities. If you fancy a change from the extremely quiet villa location, you can recharge your batteries in one of the cafés or restaurants and observe Mallorcan village life. The attractive fishing village of Porto Christo (approx. 14.5 km away) is also worth a visit. Porto Colom (14 km) is a pretty seaside resort where you can practise a variety of water sports in the sea. Cala Varques (8 km away) is a breathtaking beach paradise that remains completely empty on some days. It is completely undeveloped and offers fine, white sand combined with a shallow entrance into the water.

Villa Can Feliz lives up to its name: it's not just the beautiful, tranquil property that is perfect. The hilly location around two kilometres south-east of the town of Son Macia in the east of the island is perfect for a trip to Mallorca's most beautiful beaches, also known as Calas de Mallorca. Porto Colom, which enjoys a particularly good reputation among water sports enthusiasts, can be reached by car in 20 minutes.
