Villa Can Salat de Tiraset is just the thing for anyone who wants to have a great time in a stylish ambience. As soon as you enter the property, the powerful entrance door made of dark-stained wood reveals that this house has a lot of charisma. As you continue along the vine-covered square in front of the house and turn into the garden, you are presented with a view that you will not soon forget: Cypress trees have been planted around the turquoise-coloured pool, emphasising the Mediterranean touch of the natural stone floor in the pool area. For particularly hot summer days, there is a pavilion with stylish pillars to provide shade for you and your loved ones. The outdoor area is particularly suitable for festivities: The two covered terraces offer enough space to eat your delicacies prepared on the permanently installed barbecue in perfect surroundings while enjoying a glass of wine or two. The decorative mosaic table, which matches the oriental accents inside, is a particular eye-catcher. The pool is the highlight of the garden: you can enjoy the water while swimming a few laps to wake up in the morning and then wash off in the outdoor pool. Then you can visit your feathered and furry friends - chickens, sheep and cats live on the property in a separate area.

You will find a large fireplace with dining table, a flat-screen TV, a cosy sofa and another exquisite piece of furniture, which is brought into focus by warm light. With an adjoining storage room, the kitchen offers enough space to store all the shopping and souvenirs for those at home. A microwave and a fully automatic coffee machine are available so that you don't have to do without the comforts of high-quality equipment while on holiday. You can grab your cereal at the dining table in the kitchen in the morning if you can hardly wait to start the day, which promises to be a fantastic day in a villa like this.
There is also a children's room on the ground floor with two double bunk beds. The stone walls are particularly beautiful, giving the room the look of a noble accommodation. One of the bathrooms with a shower is also located on the ground floor. The two other bathrooms, also with ornate stone fittings, are located on the upper floor, where there are also two bedrooms. The third bedroom on the top floor is something special: the staircase leads over a wooden bridge to an open gallery.

As the villa is close to the road that leads from Inca to Llubi, both towns are within easy reach. Llubi is only 5 minutes away by car. Although Llubi may seem a little sleepy with its 2,300 inhabitants, there is no denying that it is a perfect example of a typical island village with its narrow, winding streets and small gardens. Many of the houses were built in the traditional style. If you want to enjoy the rural atmosphere, don't miss the chance to stroll through the picturesque streets and alleyways and leave everyday life far behind. In just 10 minutes in your hire car, you can reach Inca, one of the largest towns in the centre of the island, which can look back on a long leather tradition. But it's not just the shoes that make this place an insider tip for shopping! The fantastic transport links of the completely quiet villa ensure that you can easily reach the beaches of the north-east coast. You can visit the more touristy Can Picafort with its many bars and restaurants along the promenade, but also a slightly quieter part with dune landscapes both are only about 25 minutes away by car. Can Picafort is just one of the beaches along the 17 km long Bahiá de Alcúdia (Bay of Alcúdia). Here, at the pretty Villa Can Salat de Tiraset, you can enjoy a holiday in an idyllic rural setting, yet within easy reach of all the beaches, towns and other attractions of this popular island. The ancient villa Can Salat de Tiraet is situated in a rural location, only about 5 minutes by car from Llubi. Llubi is a picturesque village in the north of the island's large central plain. Here you will find bars, restaurants and shops for your daily needs. A short shopping trip to Inca, which can be reached within 10 minutes by car, is perfect. The nearest beaches shine in the sun in the bay of Alcúdia: the sandy beaches stretch over a total length of 17 km, the closest of which is Can Picafort. It is 25 minutes away by car.
