Four comfortable bedrooms can accommodate up to eight guests and have charming bathrooms. From the upper level there is access to a sun terrace with marvellous views of the Tramuntana mountains.
The newly built stone villa "Es Triquet" is located near the town of Binissalem in the Pla de Mallorca. This rural, beautiful region is full of vineyards, orange and almond trees. You can go to Binissalem to shop for your daily needs. On Fridays there is a weekly market with regional products. Due to the central location, close to an audible road, you can quickly reach the capital Palma, as well as the beaches, such as Cuidad Jardin.
Electricity is payable in cash on site.
