The country house "Can Bella Vida" is located in one of the largest wine-growing areas in Mallorca. The holiday property, which consists of two separate houses, is surrounded by well-tended vines. It is a Fincallorca holiday home. Relax in the shade of the secluded terraces or soak up the sun by the round pool or use the large, covered terrace with rustic barbecue area for cosy evenings. The two houses are located on a designated cycle path and offer good storage facilities for bicycles, making this an ideal place for cyclists. Hikers will find a good selection of beautiful paths in the Tramuntana mountains. The first of the two houses has a cosy living room on the ground floor, an open-plan kitchen with breakfast bar and dining area and a bathroom. Upstairs there are two comfortable bedrooms, one with a terrace overlooking the pool and each with its own bathroom. The main covered terrace of the house is located in front of the living area and offers a beautiful view of the vines growing next door. The second house is built on one floor and has a fully equipped kitchen, a large living room, two double bedrooms and a bathroom. Whether you want to spend an active or relaxing beach holiday, this exceptional holiday home welcomes you all year round. Please note that both houses can only be rented together. The country house is located 8 minutes from Binissalem in the centre of the island. The foothills of the Sierra de Tramuntana mountain range begin 14 km to the north. There are good shopping facilities in Inca, 5 km away. The long beaches of Alcúdia are 34 minutes away by car and the capital Palma can be reached in 23 minutes by car.
