The holiday home La Devesa offers cosy accommodation for 8 people near the east coast of Mallorca. The finca is nestled in a large, beautifully landscaped garden with shady palm trees, pine trees, citrus trees and a well-tended lawn. The surrounding landscape is dominated by the idyllic mountain scenery of the Serra de Levant. On the sea side, a spacious, covered terrace offers wonderful views over Colònia de Sant Pere as far as the bay of Alcúdia. There are several cosy seating and dining areas and a natural stone barbecue. The inviting pool is located to the side of the house. It has a lovely sun terrace with high-quality sun loungers and parasols as well as another pleasant outdoor dining area. Incidentally, most of the electricity for lighting, cooling in summer and heating in winter is provided by solar energy. Thanks to a solar-powered heat exchange system, the pool temperature can be raised slightly in the cooler months of the year.

The living area of the holiday home is at ground level. The bright, friendly living room is open to the dining room and offers several exits to the terraces around the house. The adjoining kitchen is spacious and modern and has its own convenient access to the pool area. Adjacent to the main living area is a master bedroom with en-suite bathroom. A separate entrance leads to the other three double bedrooms and a laundry room. All four double bedrooms are equipped with air conditioning and en-suite bathrooms and each has its own exit to the outside area. By the way: La Devesa is also an excellent option for cyclists and hikers outside the summer season. There are storage facilities for bicycles and the finca is located on a designated cycle path. The finca is located at the foot of the Serra de Llevant mountain range, 13 km from Artá. There are good shopping facilities here. The well-kept coastal village of Colònia de Sant Pere with its sailing club, restaurants and chill-out bars is 4 minutes away by car. The southern tip of the bay of Alcúdia with its long sandy beach can be reached in 10 minutes by car.
