With its striking name, the dreamlike villa Ses Penyes Rotges refers to a remarkable natural spectacle, as it is located directly on the famous red rocks of the southern coastal section between Portopetro and the Mondragó Natural Park. As the owner of an exclusive urbanisation with little through traffic, you benefit from a truly premium location with only a few neighbours. A narrow path and steps carved into the cliffs lead you directly to your private entrance into the sea. From the holiday home, you can enjoy the unobstructed view of the glittering blue from morning to night, either from one of the numerous balconies or from the spacious covered terrace areas, where you can experience table tennis and barbecuing in a whole new way. The cool infinity pool seems to flow directly into the Mediterranean and ensures exclusive bathing pleasure. There is an additional children's pool for younger guests, which replaces the paddling pool. Despite its location above the cliffs, the entire area is pleasantly green. This typical coastal flora is repeated in the garden area with pine trees and cacti.

Please note that access to the sea cannot be guaranteed in bad weather or when there is a lot of wind and the sea is moving. The owners will then not build the stairs.

If you want to self-cater in this lovely summer house, head to the fishing village of Portopetro or to the weekly markets in the liveable south of the island. You can cook in the fully equipped kitchen with its timeless design and serve the delicacies of the Mediterranean cuisine directly in the chic dining room via the serving hatch. You can do your shopping in the surrounding villages or go on excursions to the most beautiful places in the south, such as Santanyí or Cala D'Or.
