A wonderfully light summer breeze wafts around this Mallorca holiday villa, which offers a comfortable temporary home close to the sea for up to five guests. A tall palm tree characterises the partly lawned and partly tiled garden, which is ideal for relaxing in the open air or in the shade; the privacy fence provides the necessary privacy. Two terraces, one covered and one open, as well as the garden invite you to sit and lie outside. The pretty dining table is the perfect place for regular get-togethers, where a hearty breakfast is sure to taste just as good as a hearty barbecue at the end of the day.

The 130 m² living space of this villa on Mallorca is bright and friendly, comfortably furnished and decorated without appearing overloaded. From the elevated covered terrace, you have direct access to the open-plan living/dining room, where there are many opportunities for extended relaxation times in the house. The indoor dining table is also inviting: on cooler days, this is a wonderful place to sit and enjoy the marvellous view of the greenery. The kitchen is, of course, fully equipped and even offers another small dining area. Conveniently, there is also a guest WC on this living level. Three comfortably furnished bedrooms await holidaymakers seeking peace and quiet on the upper floor: a spacious double bedroom with en suite bathroom, another double bedroom and a single bedroom. The latter share the second bathroom on the upper floor. We at Fincallorca think that this is a great beach holiday villa at an absolutely fair price! The friendly Villa Son Moll D'Alt is surrounded by a private garden and neighbouring houses. It is located on the outskirts of Cala Ratjada on an acoustically perceptible residential road and thus connects you perfectly with many excursion possibilities and other destinations. Shopping can be done on foot in the village or in the lively markets of the nearby medieval towns of Capdepera and Artà. The nearest beach is just a few hundred metres away on foot.
