Welcome to this spectacular traditional luxury villa, a true gem located in a privileged enclave. This impressive two-story residence has five spacious bedrooms, three elegant bathrooms, two kitchens and two swimming pools, all designed to offer maximum comfort.
The house has five bedrooms each decorated in a comfortable style. One bedroom has an ensuite bathroom. The remaining four bedrooms share two complete bathrooms. There are two kitchens in the house. One fully equipped kitchen with an ample storage area and modern fittings and appliances. The second kitchen is a large BBQ room with kitchen, an enormous table and comfortable seating with spectacular views, perfect for preparing a lavish dinner or grilled lunch whilst enjoying family moments.
The house has two swimming pools on two levels, ideal for relaxing in different spaces. From both levels of the pool area guests can take in the incredible panoramic views. Down by the second pool there are sun loungers and a Bali bed on the sunbathing terrace.
The main living room is an open and bright space, with high ceilings and large windows that flood the space with natural light and those spectacular views of Puerto Pollensa and the whole Pollensa area. The decoration is traditional and there is an abundance of local artwork not only in the living area but throughout the house. There is also includes another sitting area on this level with TV, again offering another space for larger groups. Not forgetting that also on this level there is a dining area alongside the main living room and a study for those who need to work whilst away.
