If you decide to spend your holiday at Villa Binifardo Carritxo, you can prepare to immerse yourself in the Mallorcan lifestyle from the moment you arrive until the moment you leave. From the property, you can enjoy the breathtaking views of the east of the island at the foot of a sparsely wooded hill, while on the other side you can marvel at the majestic Tramuntana mountains. If you want to take a break from the sun, simply retreat to the covered terrace area. Otherwise, the pool, with its wonderfully fresh water that caresses your skin, is the perfect place to enjoy the villa's exceptional atmosphere. The beautiful quarry stone façade of the house radiates warmth and cosiness and the garden is large enough for all the children in your group to romp around in. Whether it's swinging on the swings, playing a small football tournament or a game of table tennis, the little ones will certainly not get bored while you read a good book on one of the sun loungers, enjoy the sun, take a stroll through the garden lined with palm and deciduous trees or start preparing for the evening barbecue. The fresh, mild air certainly whets the appetite, so it's really practical that the excellently maintained outdoor area is so inviting and varied that you can spend a lot of time outdoors. It has a typical Mallorcan style, combining dark wood tones with subtle and cheerful colours. From the stately entrance area, a staircase leads to the upper floor, where there are three double bedrooms and two bathrooms, one of which has a bathtub. A particular highlight of this villa is the variety of cosy sitting areas: On the first floor, there is a small living room with a panoramic window as well as a seating area right next to the staircase and the roof terrace offers a wonderful opportunity to enjoy beautiful shared holiday experiences with your fellow travellers. The bedrooms are practically and simply furnished and have many windows that flood the rooms with light. On the ground floor, your beautiful living room with flat-screen TV awaits you when you feel like unwinding with a good film. The dining room on the other side of the hallway provides a sublime setting for festive meals. In the adjoining kitchen you will also find a dining table and a fireplace that bears witness to the history of the building. But there is nothing nostalgic about the villa's furnishings: many of the appliances, such as the fridge-freezer, are first-class and convey a real sense of luxury.

The wonderful landscape around the villa exudes tranquillity and the idyllic beaches of the east coast, the so-called Calas de Mallorca, with their characteristic rugged rock formations and paradisiacal bays can be reached in less than half an hour by hire car. For shopping, we recommend Manacor, 20 kilometres away, which is particularly well-known for its leather goods. The quiet town of Felanitx is only 5 km away. There you can explore one of the island's landmarks, the Sant Salvador monastery, or enjoy the relaxed atmosphere of the Sunday market. The stately Villa Binifardo Carritxo has many trump cards up its sleeve: a beautiful garden with enchanting panoramic views of the romantic hilly landscape, just 12.5 km from the dreamlike Cala Marçal with its shimmering turquoise waters. There are also many great excursion destinations, such as the tranquil Felanitx, where you can stock up on supplies at the Sunday market or climb the Sant Salvador monastery. The Vall D'Or golf course is only 7 km away.
