No doubt you are now spoilt for choice: where best to spread out your towel, a cool drink, your favourite book and, of course, yourself? Sun and shade can help you decide: Would you prefer to dry off directly under the blue sky between refreshing baths or would you rather feel at home in the airy, covered lounge zone, which conveniently adjoins the outdoor dining area? Another highlight is the outdoor kitchen with barbecue on the same level as the house entrance. And that's not all that awaits you here, as the holiday home also scores points with a roof terrace, from which you can perhaps look out over the greenery in the morning or at sunset? The favoured white style contributes to this, as do the large windows and the open-plan design of the living areas. The generously dimensioned floor tiles emphasise both the opulent and discreet character. If required, modern recessed spotlights can illuminate the interior. The living and dining rooms have access to the outside and are also interconnected. The small step draws a fine line between the two. The adjoining kitchen impresses with its clear concept and modern equipment; you can prepare meals and enjoy an aperitif at the cooking island; from here you also have direct access to the terrace with outdoor kitchen. On the upper floor there are two tastefully furnished bedrooms, one of which has the aforementioned roof terrace at the front, as well as the stylish bathroom with walk-in shower.

The proximity to the picturesque town of Artà can rightly be described as another highlight of this special property. Visit the weekly market on Tuesdays, where you can find many culinary specialities from the region and fill your shopping basket with fresh fruit and vegetables as well as some holiday souvenirs. Several very good restaurants and other shopping facilities complete the excellent infrastructure. Artà also has plenty to offer culturally, such as the San Salvador pilgrimage church surrounded by fortress walls or the parish church La Transfiguració del Senyor. Other attractive places can also be easily reached by road, which can be audible depending on the wind. In Son Servera (approx. 12 km away) you can visit the weekly market on Fridays. Various beautiful beaches are about 12 km from the villa.

Located in the north-east of Mallorca, Villa Sos Fuyes is a true holiday dream. Nestled in the beautiful surrounding countryside, the property undoubtedly conveys a very special atmosphere.
