One can only speak of the Port d'Andratx holiday villa in superlatives: One of the most stylish villas is enthroned in an outstanding secluded location in one of Mallorca's most prestigious villa neighbourhoods, in Mont Ports, above the chicest harbour town that the island of Mallorca has to offer. The yellow and white residence offers absolute luxury with numerous terraces and balconies surrounded by lush Mediterranean vegetation. Majestic palm trees, violets, shimmering bougainvilleas, cypresses, olive trees, the Mediterranean Sea and the Tramuntana mountains form an unforgettable panorama that you can enjoy from this incredible villa. And you can enjoy absolute privacy by taking a dip in the organically shaped pool, which is also heatable and can therefore be used beyond the high season. Relaxing on one of the comfortable loungers under the parasol is the ultimate way to unwind. Great, isn't it? Due to the hillside location on the so-called Millionaire's Hill, an external staircase leads from the pool area to the covered terraces by the house. Here you will find additional loungers as well as lounge seating and dining areas. You can make yourself really comfortable in the outdoor kitchen area, where you can prepare your meals and enjoy the impressive evening panorama of the illuminated harbour town from comfortable wicker chairs.

The luxurious 463 m² of living space offers a light-flooded living area with numerous terrace outlets. The interior is decorated in natural colours and a modern country house style. Terracotta floor tiles, white walls and recessed spotlights create a pleasant atmosphere in which you will immediately feel at home. A fully equipped kitchen is of course also available. The bedrooms are all on the upper floor. They are accessible via a semi-open gallery, which offers a view of the interesting architecture of this unique house. Each bedroom is air-conditioned and has access to a balcony. All rooms overlook the harbour and the sea. Three bathrooms are available to complete your living comfort, with the master bedroom getting a little extra in the form of an en-suite bathroom with a large bathtub and golden fittings. As you can enjoy the benefits of underfloor heating, the house can be used all year round. And of course, let's not forget that in addition to the heated pool, the good sun also offers an indoor sauna, a winter charm that's hard to resist.

The well-known harbour town of Port d'Andratx has an air of nobility about it. The exclusive residential area in which the Port d'Andratx holiday villa is located also contributes to this. In addition to a large area for private yachts, this natural harbour is also home to the largest fishing fleet on the island. This also contributes to the exciting mix of this chic coastal town. In the CCA (Centrum Cultural Andratx) you can discover modern art and architecture. Others may want to go shopping or visit one of the excellent restaurants or cafés. In the surrounding area, you can explore the beautiful beaches and the town of Andratx. A trip to S'Arraco, a small village in the valley, is also worthwhile. For sports enthusiasts, the region offers plenty to do: Hiking (in the Tramuntana mountains or to the former Trappist monastery La Trapa), cycling, golfing on one of the nearby golf courses.
