The Villa Maria de Mendia, built in a traditional quarry stone style and yet very modern, is a particularly family-friendly house, not only because of its size and facilities, but also because of its favourable seasonal prices all year round. Surrounded by numerous trees, the two-storey villa is situated on a wonderful plot in a beautiful, unspoilt, secluded location. You can enjoy the beautiful view over the rolling hills that characterise the eastern landscape of the island from numerous spots around the villa: 12 outdoor seating areas and just as many sun loungers offer ample opportunities for our guests.

The modern, undeveloped stone villa has a beautifully designed outdoor area: the spacious pool with the round, shallow staircase is just a few steps below the house and is surrounded by a wonderful sun terrace. Each guest has their own sun lounger and a total of 3 parasols are also available. The practical outdoor shower allows you to shower off after a long dip in the pool without having to go into the house, which is particularly practical for those travelling with small children. Steps lead from the pool terrace to the terrace area around the house and to the veranda, which is partially covered thanks to the balcony above on the first floor. In addition to a modern polyrattan seating area, you will also find a long dining table here. Outdoor dining with the brick barbecue, which is located right next to the covered area, is simply a real treat. The additional dining area, which is located outside the covered part of the terrace, can be shaded with the help of a maritime awning.

From the pool or the terrace, several floor-to-ceiling windows provide access to the interior of the house. The spacious kitchen area is located behind large window elements whose arched shapes are reminiscent of a wicker basket handle and flood the room with pleasant light. The kitchen has numerous cupboards and an American-style counter with more than enough storage space. The 3 coloured stools underline the modern and open character of this area. Fully furnished not only includes the permanently installed electrical appliances such as an oven, microwave, large fridge-freezer and hob, but also a blender, coffee machine, toaster, kettle and much more. The living area with its brown floor tiles and comfortable sofas rounds off the cosy atmosphere with the help of a fireplace. The bedrooms all have modern furnishings, comfortable beds and some are decorated with high-quality patterned wallpaper. Some of the bedrooms on the first floor have access to the large balcony, which you must use at sunset to enjoy the peace and quiet and the marvellous views of nature with a good glass of Mallorcan red wine. There are 4 modern bathrooms, some with corner bath or shower, 2 of which are en-suite.

The rustic and modern Villa Maria de Mendia is located in the middle of a simply dreamlike, natural environment, between the town centre of Manacor and the picturesque harbour town of Portocristo. You can shop for groceries in either Manacor or Portocristo, where an authentic farmers' market is held on Sundays. The Calas de Mallorca, beautiful natural beaches, but also some well-developed urban beaches, are located along the east coast and can be reached in 10-15 minutes.

Please note that this accommodation does not accept youth groups or stag and hen parties. A youth group at this property consists of people aged 23 years or younger. Do not book this property if you are a youth group or stag party as your booking will be declined after booking, which may also be upon arrival at the property or during your stay, and you will not receive a refund
