You'd have to have the nose of a truffle hog to find something this special on Mallorca's fertile land: Designed for 4 people and relaxed togetherness, this property is well worth discovering (and booking). All indicators point to beach, sun and sea. Your pool is the sea, your extended terrace is the dream bay of s'Amarador; you don't need more than a bottle of wine and glasses to spend a romantic evening there, after all, the other beachgoers have already gone home. The sea provides the music for free, the moon and stars provide the soft light. But the terrace, which begins behind the glass doors of the lounge, is also an idyllic place, completely surrounded by greenery with a private view of the small stream nearby. The table by the yellow barbecue is sure to be set from time to time and you can enjoy a cosy coffee and a good read in the wicker seating area. The frog-green sunbeds can also be taken to the beach, which is just a minute away. An additional terrace extends in front of the entrance, which can be used for the car, games etc. Although it is secluded here, you are not cut off from the rest of the world. The small private road that runs alongside Natura Beach quickly leads you back to a busier neighbourhood. Incidentally, even though the aforementioned stream originates from the centre of the island, the sea here feeds salt water into it. This prevents the mosquitoes from multiplying. Due to the beach location, the opposite is true: there is almost always a breeze from the sea. This is a real plus point compared to many villas located in the centre of the island.

Your tour of the house is quite quick, you don't need a compass. Two bedrooms, living room with open-plan, modern kitchen, shower room - that's it. But if you take a closer look, you will realise that a gem has been rescued and refurbished: Old furnishings have been refurbished, the (desired) signs of use are part of the interior design style. Everything has been painted bright white to emphasise the maritime character even more. Walking barefoot on the newly laid flooring is extremely pleasant. The large plastic window, through which the reeds and green branches beckon to you, is double-glazed to keep the warmth inside and can be darkened with shutters. The shower is extensively tiled. Carefully selected pictures on the walls and the extraordinary light installation in the lounge bring the feeling of the sea inside, making you feel like you're on a ship at anchor. The house seems to be orientated towards the sun: Electricity and hot water are generated via panels on the roof Sustainability and environmental compatibility are the top priorities here!

If you pitch your tent at Natura Beach, you must love the beach and nature. After all, you are staying in the Parc natural de Mondragó by the sea, which is best explored on foot or by bike. Fantastic trails start right on the doorstep: a coastal path takes you from sAmarador around Cap Punta de ses Gatoves to the small rocky cove of Caló den Perdiu and on to Cape es Blanquer. The surrounding area with salt pans, cactus gardens, fjords and the beautiful old town of Santanyi is also well worth a visit. And the harbour of Cala Figuera, which could be film material, is best reached on foot; it's a lovely place to spend the afternoon having a coffee and waiting for the fishermen to bring in their daily catch. Afterwards you can perhaps spend the evening in the Pura Vida restaurant with a fantastic view - pure pleasure in more ways than one! This unique villa is located directly on one of the most beautiful sandy beaches that Mallorca has to offer: the dream bay of s'Amarador. The beach is a true paradise and so far it is free of construction work. The outstanding location makes the property so unique. Shopping and strolling opportunities can be found quickly by car in the pretty town of Santanyi, where you can shop at the weekly market on Wednesdays and Sundays.
