The Son Caminals farmhouse, in a dreamlike rural location, represents our portfolio in the best possible way. In addition to the restored holiday home, the huge grounds in an idyllic rural setting with donkeys, sheep and chickens contribute to a holiday feeling in a class of its own. The property extends beyond the eye and offers you the advantage of a completely undisturbed location with rural flair. The spaciousness is also reflected in the layout of the property - there is simply an incredible amount of space. It doesn't matter that the pool area is only a few metres away from the main house and can be reached via the majestic open staircase. There you will find a skin-friendly swimming pool with sunbathing area and sun terrace. Next to it is a covered area where you can enjoy a marvellous view of our beloved hilly landscapes, which are green all year round. As there is also a cosy outdoor kitchen with a gas barbecue, you can enjoy the outdoors at any time of day. The farmhouse is also a dream for family celebrations or a group of friends. The choice of numerous attractive seating areas - another can be found at pool level under the bamboo-covered Toldo - makes this inspiring holiday home even more attractive. If you float up to the holiday home level, you will find further wonderful vantage points, covered or uncovered, but always with a premium panorama. The two gender-segregated outdoor toilets round off the carefree outdoor living experience.

A beautifully renovated country house with a spacious living area of 500 m² awaits you. The traditional house can be rented all year round, which is extremely attractive in terms of price even in the mild autumn and winter months. The house not only has two fireplaces, but is also kept at a pleasant temperature at all times by the hot/cold air conditioning system. You will experience state-of-the-art comfort and a successful room layout with a largely open-plan layout. This is packaged in an inspiring mixture of purist, clear country house style between tradition and bohemia. Visible quarry stone, terracotta and industrial-style floor coverings, lots of wood and stylishly understated decorative items enhance the effect. This is pleasantly minimalist and also appeals to aesthetes. Sleeping is on a total of three levels. Three bedrooms are located on the ground floor, the fourth on the upper floor together with a second lounge-living room; two attic studios with a cosy hillside location confirm the high quality. In addition, all six bedrooms have either an en-suite bathroom or a directly accessible walk-in shower or bathtub. From the excellently equipped holiday home in a pleasantly quiet location, you can quickly reach the medieval village, which offers shopping opportunities in the pedestrian zone, at the popular Tuesday market as well as good restaurants and local cafés. The bay of Alcúdia, which offers 16 km of beaches, including Son Serra de Marina and Colònia de Sant Pere, is just a 12-minute drive away.
